Sunflowers is a beautiful nursery with amazing staff! My son is currently attending in the baby room and absolutely loves every moment.


My son is always accommodated when needed and always happy to be there. Staff are always willing to help and offer support when needed.


The activities and resources

within the setting are lovely, and love receiving little observations on the app!

My son began attending Sunflowers after he could not settle at the previous one. From his first day there, he has enjoyed it, and his development has come on leaps and bounds. He now runs into the nursery when it's time, and we are always kept fully updated with his progress on collection verbally by
the staff and through the website. I would thoroughly recommend Sunflowers Nursery to any parent.

My child started at Sunflowers in June 2020, we had an introduction and it was planned that he would go straight into the baby room. After speaking with the manager after his first day, she advised he would be better suited in the nursery room, so off he went. He absolutely loves it in there. He has
such a great bond with his key worker. We have built a great relationship with all the members of staff in the nursery room, and there is no doubt that I would recommend this nursery to other parents. They keep me updated with all his achievements and all the fun activities they do. He has learnt so many things whilst at nursery and met so many new friends. He is excited to go there every morning. I find the daily care diary very useful, and its nice to see what activities he has done, what he has eaten/drank/slept throughout the day. The manager and his key worker have also helped me with advice and support when I've needed it. They're brilliant! Thank you!

Our daughter has been attending Sunflowers since she was 12-months-old. She is now almost 3-years-old, and in their little preschool, and she absolutely loves it. She goes three days a week, and she has come on so much since being at Sunflowers Nursery. I love that it is a nursery school, so they are
teaching our children and have regular progress reports and parents evenings. We get daily updates of what she has been up to, the activities she has done, what she has been learning and the meals she has been having. The staff are so caring and friendly and are happy to help and accommodate any needs we may have. Our daughter is always coming home and telling us what a good day she’s had and talking about the staff and her friends, and when she’s done things at home, she always says how excited she is to tell her key worker and the other members of staff in her room. She’s learned so much, and we are so happy with her progress and so grateful for everything Sunflowers Nursery has done for her.

Our little girl started in the baby room at eight months old, the staff were so welcoming and catered to her routine and she settled in immediately. Now she is eighteen months old and attends two days a week and absolutely loves it! We receive regular updates on her development and the activities that
she has done throughout the day. She brings home crafts or treats for mummy and daddy on various celebratory occasions. We couldn't be happier with Sunflowers Nursery School, all the staff genuinely care about the children and are always happy. We really appreciate all their hard work as know it can be long tiring days but they always have time for a smile and a kind word to share about your child.

Our little one has moved through little pre school to big pre school here and we could not be more impressed with all the wonderful staff and the effort and care they put into the kids. Our little one was not happy to be leaving mummy and daddy for childcare but now... she doesn’t want to come home!
She’s so happy, thriving amazingly and I never have to have a worry in the world while she is there as they meet all her needs exceptionally. I’m just not looking forward to her realising she has to go elsewhere next year to start primary school! We are so grateful for the amazing effort and measures they’ve gone to during the pandemic, as a nurse, I know what measures are required and they do them and more. Just fantastic all round! Not be long before we have our second little one will be joining you so we can still see you all. Amazing nursery.

Both my children have been through the nursery and used the before and after school club, and they have both loved their time there. They have built lasting friendships and bonded with staff. The staff have always taken great care and brought out the best in my children when I and my wife had to work,

A fantastic, friendly nursery. My daughter has been attending since she was 11-months-old and is now 2.5years old. She absolutely loves going to nursery each day and had learnt lots of new skills- she always talks about all the fun activities she has been doing and comes out with a huge smile on her
face.
They make activities fun and always spend lots of time outside, which my daughter loves. The staff are all so friendly and caring; you really feel like they know your child well. A lovely nursery and I would and do recommend to friends.

Sunflowers have been amazing for our children, my son attended 7years ago and once I had my daughter I knew this is the only place I wanted her to attend. Once she started she loved it just as much as he did, she looked forward to going in each day and the staff have been brilliant with her. All the
staff are great, they’re friendly and more than helpful if you have any queries or help with anything. I highly recommend sunflowers to everyone!

Both my children have been attending Sunflowers since they were 5-months-old as I had to return to work. I was very nervous about leaving them, but the staff were brilliant and really reassured me. They never complained about the mid-morning phone calls to make sure they are ok!
Both my children love
going to nursery, and they have both come on so much and are very sociable because of this.
I would definitely recommend it!

Over a period of 4 years, I have had a child in the care of Sunflowers Nursery.
The staff are lovely, caring and knowledgeable. The nursery offers a really nice structured day for the children.
Both of my girls have absolutely loved their time there and had great relationships with all the staff.

Sunflowers Nursery School has been an absolute lifesaver for us these past few weeks! I know childcare is what they do, but in the current climate with the pandemic where we have been stuck for alternative childcare and a new baby on the way, they have gone beyond for us being available whenever we
have needed and made us feel like nothing is too hard! I can’t begin to tell you how grateful we are to them!
Our son has been going there since he was 10-months-old and is almost four now. He loves it there, and it’s evident that they love him. I leave him there every day knowing he’s going to be safe, well looked after and he’s going to have fun.

I have no concerns at all about this nursery. All the staff are lovely and have endless patience. There seems to to be a good mixture of experienced and junior staff. The routine and structure of the day are good, and my little girl always seems happy. The baby room, in particular, was excellent with

Cannot recommend this nursery enough, both the facilities and staff are truly amazing. Both my children attend the setting, one from 13 months and the other from as young as 4 months. We moved from London and after visiting Sunflowers, we knew it was the perfect place to send our children. Not only
are the staff friendly and approachable, the management are the same. They accommodate not only the needs of my children but also the needs of my family and our crazy work commitments, which means sometimes we need to bring the kids with short notice. Both my children are excited to attend the setting. The key workers are invested in making sure they can get the best out of my children, whilst ensuring they are having fun. It is a clean and tidy environment where the children really do come first. Highly recommend to everyone.

We really value Sunflowers Nursery. Our children are happy, encouraged, stimulated and well looked after. Staff are obviously encouraged to be welcoming and approachable. We are also cared for as a whole family - when we have needed support nursery have been so flexible and helpful.

Just fantastic, not only in the diversity and learning my son often surprises me with, but compassion and flexibility when I have been really stuck. Very professional, knowledgeable staff and I even come from another town for him to attend as I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. Top-notch.

My son recently started at Sunflowers and he moved from another setting. The management team were excellent with us getting him sorted and set up. The nursery workers were fantastic with him and I was amazed at how quickly he settled. He now asks me every day if he is going to Sunflowers and when I
tell him he is going he says he is ‘excited’. I particularly like how much outdoor time he gets as he loves the outdoors and getting messy. His eating habits have also improved dramatically since starting!
