Paper Moon Day Nursery - Boultham Park

Staff are all very friendly, share his day-to-day activities with us so we know what he has been doing. He's moving to the next room soon, they have started transitioning and he seems excited to be going. Accidents are recorded well, they phone us if he bumps his head so we are aware in advance.

Whenever I have needed extra days for my son, due to university study changes, the staff and manager have always accommodated these days and have made sure that if any problems arise that we can ask for any days we need, they have a flexible approach to accommodate my studies which I really appreciate. The staff always have a happy, friendly and caring approach and the morale is high and our family, including our other children have always felt welcome at drop-off/pick-ups. I highly recommend this nursery, we are very happy and feel our son is happy and safe here and enjoys his activities.

I have had all three of my children at this nursery, all started at different ages, all my children have really enjoyed coming to this nursery. There have been a few staff that have left and new staff joining and my children have got on really well with all staff members, new and old, even my youngest loves it that much he screams if he can't go as he wants to every day. So if you're planning on sending your children, it is really a good choice.

It’s hard working full-time and having little ones but I know fully my child is getting love, kindness and attention and exceeding their development needs the whole day, they have thrived in Paper Moons care and couldn’t be more grateful. Would highly recommend. Management and staff are incredible.

They look after the children with great care, providing them with excellent guidance and support to nurture their growth and development, especially focusing on imparting essential life skills crucial for their successful transition into school life, all while being surrounded by a team of friendly and dedicated staff who are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment, not to mention serving delicious and nutritious meals to ensure their well-being and happiness.

Outstanding nursey that makes every parent's worries go away. Feel very happy and content leaving my little boy with the lovely ladies here. My little boy is always so happy and excited to go and comes out with the biggest smile after an amazing fun day.

We were nervous about sending our baby to nursery at 9 months old. He suffered with separation anxiety being away from me. However, the staff at Paper Moon Day Nursery were brilliant, put our minds at ease and were fantastic at getting him settled at nursery. Now he loves it, never any tears and is a confident, happy little boy. His development has been accelerated from him attending this nursery. Best thing we ever did was send him to Paper Moon Nursery. I have had a lovely experience with Paper Moon Day Nursery, the staff are friendly and very informative. I'm a first-time mum and the nursery experience was all new to me but they have been lovely and my little girl always enjoys her nursery days.

My son has been going to Paper Moon Day Nursery for just over 6 months since he was 15 months old. The staff have always been amazing. He comes home immaculate every day even if he's painted with his feet or had to play shaving foam all over him! Beautifully clean and warm. We absolutely love this nursery and it was the best decision to send our son here, even though there are several nurseries much closer to our home. Thank you, ladies.

I moved my little boy to Paper Moon Boultham Park in August 2021. As he was previously in another nursery as there was no availability at the time I needed my little boy to start but the manager was great and fit us in as soon as she could. I really wanted him in as I had heard great things and it was close to our home. Obviously moving my little boy has unsettled him a little but the staff at Paper Moon have been amazing in helping him to settle. All the staff are great, but a special thanks to the staff in the toddler room they are so approachable and friendly and I know he is happy here. It’s so lovely to see what he has been up to on tapestry. It’s so settling when I’m at work to know my little boy is somewhere where he is happy and cared for so well. I would highly recommend Paper Moon Boultham Park.

Since my daughter started in September 2021 she's loved going to the nursery the staff are amazing, always willing to help and are very supportive in helping with the children's development and learning

Being a working mum, my son has attended Paper Moon from 7 months. Paper Moon is his second home. The staff are caring, fun, imaginative and have empathy for the different needs of each child. Paper Moon has provided opportunities for my son to allow progression in his learning. My son now has self-confidence, self-care and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery and I will forever be grateful for the huge impact they have had in my son's life.

Staff members always friendly and helpful. They make the nursery feel safe and care for the children with great adoration. I cannot find any fault with the nursery or staff. The children can be left in the care of the staff and you know you have left your children in very capable hands.

The staff at Paper Moon are always welcoming and go the extra mile. My son has always been very clingy to myself and yet working just a few short weeks he has started to go into nursery by himself and always full of stories and exciting things to show me he can now do when I collect him! My son even recognised one of the nursery nurseries whilst we was out doing our shopping (at only 2 years old) that shows what a good impression she has clearly had on him as he was desperate to talk to her, even off duty she made the time to say hello and chat to him. Would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone I know or who was a little apprehensive especially as it’s such a home from home for the children.

All the staff at Paper Moon have welcomed my 8-month-old little boy so well. He gets very excited as we get to nursery and we love hearing about his day. Thank you for giving us peace of mind whilst he’s with you!

I like that they encourage independence and let children take the lead in certain tasks. They keep you informed of learning and really have the children's interests at heart. A brilliant setting.

My child has been attending the pre-school room for just over a month and has settled in really well. The staff and management are really friendly and helpful no complaints here.

From looking round to the taster session I felt so comfortable and like my baby was in such safe hands. I was so nervous about leaving her but the staff put me at ease and reassured me. My baby loves it so much now, she does lots of sensory play, she is excited every time we go!

My daughter has been coming to the nursery for around a year now. I though just come to play but I get lots of chances to be involved in her development, she is always getting things sent home for us to do with her to help her learn which I think is good and it makes me feel reassured that I know she is getting something out of going there. I like seeing how happy she is when I pick her up and how friendly the nursery is.
