Paper Moon Nursery is a 50 place nursery offering childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

The nursery has 3 base rooms and a wonderful outside area with plenty of space for the children to explore no matter what the weather and has a much-loved baby garden, especially for little ones.

All staff are highly-trained and committed to high-quality care and education. All meals are freshly prepared on site by the nursery chef and a facial recognition security entry system is in place.

Early years foundation stage objectives are met, as the team look to help set the building blocks for life. There is a strong focus on getting to know each individual child, made possible by a key worker system that allows the team to respond to any specific needs and keeps parents up-to-date with the child's progress.

My daughter loves it here and always asks me when she is next going. Staff are really friendly and keep up with her non-stop personality. Couldn't recommend more.

Like any first-time parents, my wife and I were very anxious at the thought of sending our daughter to nursery. After looking around a few nurseries we instantly knew that Paper Moon was the right fit. There is a great balance between fun, and play, allowing the children to express themselves in their
own way while maintaining the right amount of structure and routine. All of the staff were extremely supportive and made it as easy as possible to help my daughter initially settle in. My daughter is in nursery full time and absolutely loves it, so much so that even on weekends when we are getting ready she asks to go. All of the staff are friendly, caring, approachable and genuinely care about the children.

Hands down the best nursery I could have wished for. After viewing a few I knew Paper Moon would be the one for us. I could tell the manager was not trying to ‘sell me’ the nursery, but genuinely cared for the children. And that shows as my child loves her! She is an amazing manager and so approachable
should I have any questions.
The first settling-in session went great and one member of staff in particular was amazing. Putting my mind at ease about leaving him. This particular member of staff is hands down the best room lead for babies I could have hoped for. I was really worried about leaving my child and those worries disappeared so soon after seeing the room lead with the babies.
Another member of staff in particular is also incredible! My child genuinely leaps out of my arms to her, they are like best friends and it’s so sweet to see.
Food options and cleanliness both great! Communication also amazing.
10/10 nursery and highly recommend! I cannot thank all the staff enough for taking care of my child the way they do. They’re all ace!

My daughter has been attending Doddington Park Papermoon since October 2021. She has struggled a lot with social anxiety, with lockdown, and they have supported her incredibly to the point where she is comfortable to ask adults for help, and play with her friends.
The staff have been nothing but amazing.
Especially when it was time to enrol my youngest daughter they allowed her to take every visit at her own pace and always responded to her needs.

From my first walk around of the nursery, I was put at ease, my concerns were addressed and no question I asked seemed silly. I was so worried about leaving my daughter in a nursery and we viewed quite a few. I had such a good feeling about Paper Moon, and I felt happy and confident about leaving my
daughter with the staff. This feeling has never changed. The nursery is clean, the staff are so friendly and kind, the meals are healthy and tasty!
You can clearly see how much the staff care, and it's so lovely seeing relationships develop between your little one and the staff.
10 out of 10 in my opinion!
I can see how happy my daughter is in the photos, and she gets so excited about going to nursery in the morning. That's enough to show me how happy she is there.
The staff are so hands-on and really do care, it's beautiful to see.

I’ve had both of my children at this nursery and I must say it’s one of my best choices I have made as a mother, my SEN son attended in 2019–2021 and I cannot thank the staff enough for getting us and him the support and helping him prepare for mainstream school and I must say without the support none
of it would be possible. And it’s all the support they put in place that managed to help him now in year 2! They were a real safe space for my son and I felt at ease knowing I was leaving him in the amazing care of the ladies at Papermoon even though he is 6 and left 3 years ago he still is excited to see the Manager to tell her about his achievements and adventures. My daughter also attends here and again even with a big staff turnaround we couldn’t feel any more at ease leaving her with the ladies!
And the staff always go above and beyond to make her feel welcome! And she has really settled in! I just want to thank the ladies for the ongoing support for us and the kids!

The most lovely and caring staff you could ask for. My daughter feels so comfortable to be herself at nursery and evidently gets excited to see her favourite staff in the morning. It’s clear how much they all care for my daughter and know her well. I fully trust them with the most precious thing in
the world to me. They celebrate her achievements and milestones with such genuine joy it’s so lovely to see. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants to feel happy, content and safe with where they send their child and to also see them learn and thrive in the environment.

The team, from the general manager through to the cleaners, are absolutely fantastic. My son has come on so much with the help of the team and he loves his time at nursery. The food is always varied and home-cooked. We are always kept up to date with food/toilet/bumps/activities throughout the day and
there is always a nice summary of his day when I collect him. As there isn't availability for my son to receive 30 hours of free childcare at the moment, we could move him and make the most of this but we are keeping him here and waiting for extra hours to be available, because of how much we rate the nursery.

Papermoon Nursery and its Staff are amazing! I can not thank them enough for the many of years I have been with them with both my children and how much each and every one of them have helped my children develop and thrive over the years. The nursery is homely, welcoming and full of life, it is in a
perfect location for families to be able to get to. The staff at Papermoon are just outstanding, they are very welcoming, friendly, approachable and very helpful, I have always worried about my children and who they are looked after as we are a very close family but the staff at Papermoon make it easier for me to relax and enjoy days knowing that my child/children are in the best of hands. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Papermoon Nursery for all their support over the years it really means a lot, and the memories, fun learning and happiness that they have made, supported and given my child/ children to blossom into the little individual/s they have become.

It was extremely daunting looking for a nursery as a first-time parent, but after looking at various, the staff, facilities and impression we got from the children at Paper Moon Doddington Park were amazing and stood out amongst the rest. Our son settled in instantly to the baby room since joining in
April 2023 and the staff have been so supportive of his development and achievements. He always has so much fun, the staff are so friendly and he has a great bond with them all, updates are given throughout the day via the Famly app including meals, nappy changes, pictures of what they’ve been up to etc. They genuinely care for each of the children and I can feel at ease at work knowing he is having an amazing time and in safe hands. Meals are always healthy and balanced and there is usually at least outside time once a day which was important to me when looking for a place for my son. Management are helpful and friendly and gets involved with the children too.

Excellent manager always looks into any concerns raised. My little girl becomes very upset when she needs to separate from me when she comes to the nursery, but the staff puts a lot of effort into calming her down and makes the process of going to nursery pleasant for her.

The nursery and nursery staff are fantastic so helpful and friendly. Always advising. I just want to say they all do such fantastic work with the children. My little boy will be four soon and has been at this nursery since he was nine months old. He will be off to school soon and I’m so sad that he will be leaving nursery.
From the beginning the team have looked after him so well and made me feel so comfortable when leaving him there. He’s a bit sensitive
but they have always been so good at giving him the individual attention when he needs it.
They really care for your child and he always has fun with a range of activities each day. Now he can talk the drive home is always full of all the fun he’s had.
He’s learning so much and has done throughout his time there. He is great at eating and using cutlery, he picked up drinking from a cup very early on too. The food is varied and interesting - puts my weekend meals to shame!
Overall a really good nursery and I feel so happy with my choice.

My son attended this nursery from when he was 9 months old until he was 2 years 9 months and I was absolutely gutted to move him out due to a job change. The staff, management and facilities are absolutely fantastic and I have recommended Paper Moon Day Nursery to all of my friends who have asked about
nursery settings. My son always looked forward to his nursery day and seeing "his ladies" and will miss everyone very much! If my circumstances changed again, I wouldn't hesitate to re-enrol both him and my younger child.

The whole team have been extremely supportive during my son's time at the nursery. It was recently difficult for him to move to another room as he isn't great with change. The whole team were so supportive at drop-off time and made such an effort to get to know him and what he likes so he felt happier
being dropped off. He soon settled in. His development is excellent, his speech is great and he can sit and eat with cutlery at a young age because of the nursery. They have taught him a lot and he is enjoying every second. I'm so happy knowing he's at such a great nursery each day.

Our son loves going to nursery, extremely caring staff who are always bright and cheerful. He has been at Paper Moon Day Nursery - Doddington Park since he was 8 months old and we have been so pleased with the communication about his development and love seeing the pictures and stories of what he has
