What a lovely nursery to have been a part of, all of the staff are so friendly and make it such a welcoming place for little minds to develop and personalities to grow. They have done a fantastic job preparing our son for school and we look forward in the future to hopefully sending our daughter there.

Clarence House Day Nursery has been fantastic from start to finish. My son started when he was 6 months to 4 years old and just graduated pre-school, ready to start primary school. My son has loved going to nursery here and talks about it nonstop. He has made some amazing friends and has flourished in all aspects. He loves to play outside and this is a huge aspect of what the nursery has to offer, with children playing outside and learning most of the day dependent on the weather. Watching him grow throughout his time at nursery has been wonderful and that's thanks to the amazing staff team, including the nursery manager and his key workers. I am very sad that his time at nursery has come to an end but I am lucky that the nursery offers a before and after school club which my son will be attending when he starts school in September. I just want to say thank you to all the staff for their hard work and amazing attitude towards their job.

My child has just finished here ready to start his journey at school. I couldn't recommend Clarence House Day Nursery enough, amazing team of people who have provided excellent care for my child and helped him develop into the little character he is. Safe, welcoming and friendly environment.

I'd recommend this nursery to anyone without a shadow of a doubt.

Our son started when he was 1 and left just a few days ago and I'm not even sure I can convey quite how amazing they are in a review. The manager has helped me so much and went above and beyond when I needed advice when I was having a tough time. All of the staff just feel like they're taking care of children the way they would with their own family. I love that they foster each child's individual temperament and they have a lot of outside space (more than I've seen in other settings when looking around for nurseries). Their periodical events are lovely and a great opportunity to socialise with other parents. I honestly felt sad leaving but I also feel that our son has received the best care we could possibly find for him and I think he's been prepared for school not only academically but also to help him approach a completely new environment.

Fantastic nursery. My little boy attended Clarence House from 9 months to 4 years old. He’s grown a close relationship with all the staff, who are lovely, friendly and caring. Would recommend to all.

Clarence House has been fantastic from start to finish. My son started in September 2020 and just graduated Pre-School, ready to start Primary School. Our eldest son went to this nursery and our youngest for a few months. We could not have asked for a better environment for them to thrive in. From the minute they started attending they loved every second and we felt completely comfortable with the standard of care they received. All staff were excellent and the app is updated often. They have attended 3 nurseries now and this was by far the best.

Before I intended to send my son full-time in Jan 22, I paid for him to go 1-2 days a week from Oct 21-Dec 21, so he was comfortable with the environment and going to nursery.
The nursery manager was very cold and not warming as you would expect from a nursery setting. I also didn't like that you couldn't go into the nursery to pick up your child, which wasn't just a COVID precaution but the norm for this nursery.
I also wasn't that impressed that I had to provide my son with his own fruit pudding, as he was on a natural sugar diet and I didn't want him having cake, ice cream etc, as the nursery couldn't guarantee fruit for him.
Ultimately I pulled my son out of the nursery before he went full-time as my son was bitten on the eye and the nursery was not upfront about the incident, in fact, lied to me verbally. I tried to get reassurance from management, who didn't action my complaint in the way you'd expect and I lost all trust in them.

I wouldn't recommend the nursery at all.

It's disappointing that you feel you did not have a good experience at our Nursery and that you didn't get to know our setting manager to see how amazing she is. The manager has been in position for 6 years, not only is she incredibly caring, she has a wealth of knowledge and is always striving to...

Clarence House Grantham has been fantastic with our daughter who has been with them for over a year. It's clear that she loves nursery as she runs into cuddle her key worker each day. the app updates are fantastic it clear that my daughter is involved in a wide variety of creative and stimulating activities and it's clear she's made a lot of friends. Our daughter has severe allergies and I have full confidence in Clarence Houses allergy care plan to keep her safe and well in their care, which gives me a lot of reassurance.

This is a lovely nursery, our son started in October and he has grown in confidence. All of the ladies are warm and welcoming. It's clear how much care they have for the children. The activities that they do with our son, he loves and he is always coming home doing dances and songs that he has done there. As parents it is so comforting to know that nothing is a problem and we feel we can talk to them with ease. Thank you to you all, you have made me going back to work so much easier knowing how much he loves your nursery.

The manager and the team at Clarence House are brilliant, they clearly love what they do. Both my children have been over the years with my youngest still there, who is so excited to go each day.
The setting is well looked after with a fantastic outdoor area. The variety of activities that take place are clearly well thought out and allow the children to learn in many different ways.
My daughter has thrived at the nursery in the baby room, the toddler room and now pre school. Even with the restrictions on the last 18 months the nursery have done fantastically.
Food offerings are great, always a full tummy and communication on what’s happening is regular.

Highly recommend to anyone as an educational, friendly and clean place to send your child.

My daughter loves nursery! So much in fact that we have upped her days from two to four! The improvement in her speech and also her character is phenomenal. This was the child that was so scared of adults when she first started and now she closes the door in my face. This is all thanks to the brilliant staff at Clarence House Grantham, especially the lovely ladies in the baby room who started her journey with her and now the lovely ladies who have taken over my daughter’s care in the toddler room. The only thing that I would say is that we have noticed a slight drop in the app communication since she has moved to the toddler room but this is slowly improving now. Thank you so much to the lovely staff at Clarence House Grantham.

My child loves going to nursery. My child has made friends and is looking like they will be ready for when they start school. It was a surprise when they came home knowing certain letters and how to write them.

I have used this nursery for 10 years now. I have 5 children that have been here, 3 of which still attend. The staff are more like family and go above and beyond for the children who all come on leaps and bounds, they are well-spoken, polite and in my experience, ahead of their years due to the effort that is put in from all staff to educate them in their most important first years of growth. All my children enjoy going and the ones who have now left have great memories from being there. I don't know what I would do without them. Knowing your children are being cared for to high standards when you're not there as a parent is the most important for peace of mind. Management are brilliant in many ways to assist each family and the child's individual needs and are always there with no hesitation to help where they can. Clarence House Grantham have been a big part of mine and my children's lives and I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all you do as it does not go unnoticed.

My son settled straight away in the nursery. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and great with my son. He started in the baby room and moved up, and now in pre-school. He’s continually developing, and that’s to the great job the staff do with him. His sister will be starting there soon, and I know she will enjoy just as much as her brother!

My daughter has been going to Clarence House for a couple of years now. We have seen her grow into a confident little girl who loves attending Clarence House. She always comes out happy and is excited to tell me about all the different activities she has done throughout the day! I can see how she is growing in confidence and independence, ready for when she starts school.

I cannot fault the nursery, they have been fantastic with my son since he was 10 months old. The care of the staff is phenomenal and they treat your child like they are their own. I was very sad for my little boy to finish for his adventure to school but I know he is more than ready thanks to all the staff at the nursery. I have recommended the nursery to so many of my friends who have children because of my son's experience of it.
