Park Lane Nursery

The nursery does a great job of making us feel welcome and part of the community. Mothers Day event, parent evening, lots of updates on the app. Now that Covid restrictions are over their seem to be more events for parents and also grandparents which lets us feel part of the nursery experience. Building always looks nice with plants flowers etc. Shows that they really care about what their doing.

We applied to several nurseries but knew that Park Lane was the right fit as soon as our visit was finished. The staff's attitude and enthusiasm make us so comfortable and whenever we've had contact with them we've always been impressed by how much they know about her, even if it isn't her key person we're talking to. What they say about her matches the changes we've seen in her at home, giving us the confidence that they've taken the time and effort to get to know her properly. Thank you!

I had heard great things about Park Lane from friends but was genuinely surprised about how great the team are. The manager and staff in the room clearly have so much experience and this shows in how much attention they give my son. The facilities have improved significantly in the past year and I would fully recommend to other parents.

Really friendly staff, made me realise that this was the place for us, my son is always excited to go each week and his confidence has improved so much in a few months. It is great that he has made so many friends for when he goes to school in September.

It is a very friendly team who are always happy to talk to me about the progress that my daughter is making. My daughter can’t wait to go each week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to a friend.

Myself and my partner had a really good feeling from day one about Park Lane. The team are so welcoming and friendly and our child has gained so much from attending. The rooms have a cosy feel to them and the size of the outside space is surprising for such a small nursery. I feel confident that the girls are supporting the development of my daughter and I can talk to them about the next steps and they give advice on what I can do to continue this at home. They use an app that lets me see what they are up to in the day and what they've had to eat etc. which is great to be able to see. I would recommend the nursery to anyone as a lovely, small, friendly nursery for their child.

Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. The manager and her team are so friendly and you can tell how much passion they have for looking after the children. It’s a smaller nursery so you definitely feel like your child is getting more attention.

My daughter has made such rapid progress in the few months that she’s been at Park Lane especially with her social skills. The girls are so friendly and keep us really well updated on what she’s been doing every day even during this COVID pandemic. My daughter absolutely loves the outdoor area and even asks if she can play there at weekends!

As soon as I walked into the nursery (after being offered an out of hours show round) I knew it was the place I wanted my son to go to. The manager was so wonderfully welcoming and it felt like going home. With a wonderful outside space, that I knew he would think was great (he does). My family live far away and they are not able to travel to help me. As soon as I instantly knew my son would love it as much as I did. After a few days of starting, he was a little tearful, but the staff always welcome him with a smile and I am happy to say he now just goes straight it. He's even trying new foods and eating them, he still throws them on the floor at home! In his words "no mummy just at nursery", he's made new friends and given opportunities that I can't right now. Thank you for all the wonderful things you are teaching my son. You make my life as a working mum easier and you have given my son some normal interactions in his life and helped him learn that people are not just on video calls.

I have peace of mind when I drop my son off - he’s in the hands of very professional and caring people! The nursery is smaller than others that we looked around so the children seem to get much more personal attention. The staff are very friendly and all seem to know my son really well! It makes it easy to speak to any of them about how he’s getting on. He has been at the nursery for 2 years now and it’s incredible how much his confidence and independence have grown – he’s always asking questions and wanting to learn new things. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They do lots of enriching activities and my child always has a good time. They are all very friendly and go above and beyond. They cook lovely healthy meals, and they make time to really get to know my child's needs. I would recommend this nursery to other parents because the staff are brilliant.

They’re so wonderful with my son and patient! Since he started being at nursery, he’s been eating his food better and will try anything! The nursery does so many amazing activities with the children, and he especially loves being there.

Both of my children have attended Park Lane Nursery since they were both 8-months-old and every avenue they have covered has been excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery for the first time or looking at changing their child’s setting.
