Incredible Kids Derby

My daughter loves the nursery, has settled very well and developed a lot since she started. In terms of cleanliness the carpet and toys would benefit from a more frequent clean up, apart from that I am very happy with the nursery. Staff members are very approachable and always happy to help!

Honestly couldn't recommend a better nursery. My daughter started and had serious attachment issues with me, now she's so happy going to most people. She's walking at 14 months and exploring so many new things on a daily basis. She gets such a brilliant variety in her day and has developed so well! The daily updates are so heartwarming. The love she has for her key working is incredible. You just know she's in the best place! There's so much space for her to play and explore with so many different toys inside and outside. Management gets involved and doesn't hide in the office which is reassuring too. It feels more like a second family than anything.

The staff really helped me settle my son in the toddler room! They kept me updated and messaged me regularly to inform me during his time at nursery, photos were sent to. I was so anxious about leaving him as he's my youngest but the staff helped me a lot during the settling period which put my mind at ease! Overall the nursery is very tidy and doesn't have any horrid smells e.g nappies etc! All staff members are friendly and communicate well. I had concerns about my child having additional needs and the manager has guided me and reassured me about my son's development/progress. The staff always upload pictures of all the various activities that are set out for the children on a day-to-day basis. Weekly my son will also have an observation so I can see where his development is at. My older two who are 9/10 attended here too. I would always choose Incredible Kids over any nursery!

My daughter started this nursery early last year, after being with a childminder for around a year and a half. I think since starting here her learning and skills have developed so much and so quickly. The staff are all brilliant and my daughter has such a lovely bond with all staff members even the ones that aren't in her room and the lovely cook! They are very good at understanding my daughter with her fussy eating habits, they try their best to get her to eat as much as she can. My daughter has loved her time here and I would definitely recommend friends and family to sign their children up here! Thank you for making her nursery experience amazing!

The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment and I think it provides the backdrop for more effective learning. A very encouraging team, my kids are learning a lot and developing well.

Too many issues which I feel isn’t dealt with in the correct manner. I have considered pulling my son out of nursery because of the issues. Injury’s that go unnoted. No one knows what has happened, going against parents wishes to make their life easier. Overall, I don’t think the nursery is keeping an eye on the children as expected too many problems for them “not to realise”.

Since choosing Incredible Kids Derby, I’m amazed at the hard work and energy the staff put into caring for children. My child has developed so much since enrolling at the nursery, and that’s down to well-trained personnel. They have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place so I know my child is in a secure and happy environment.

The staff are friendly, supportive and generally happy to give advice or suggestions for play activities.

Incredible Kids is such a lovely nursery school!

The staff are so lovely and helpful and always go above and beyond for my daughter and every child they look after! I would recommend the nursery to everyone! My daughter is so happy there, it really makes a parent feel at ease when your child has such lovely people to look after them!

I attended a Christmas party and pick-up of my cousin’s son who I regularly look after. I always find staff helpful and efficient. Children are happy in their environment. My little charge loves attending and enjoys all the different activities. Lots of encouragement from staff during activities. I have picked him up on previous occasions and he always comes out happy.

Very happy with the care provided. A good awareness of safeguarding policies. My little boy enjoys going and speaks of the lovely staff whenever he has been.

My son has been attending for nearly 2 years now. He loves it. I feel comfortable leaving him. The staff are very friendly and have really helped my son with his speech, social skills and many more. We both will be sad when he leaves to start school in September.

We only saw two nurseries when looking for a nursery for our daughter 18 months ago, and knew immediately that this one was perfect. They've not let me down! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my daughter is always happy when I pick her up. All the meals are cooked in house by dedicated chefs (and it smells delicious). and the activities are varied everyday. Its always clean and most of all my daughter has learnt so much over her time in both he baby and toddler rooms. I can't praise the whole team highly enough for looking after my first born, her little sister will be going too when she's bigger.

Our son has loved Incredible Kids from the first day he attended. The staff are fantastic & the facilities are spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend Incredible Kids to anybody looking for a nursery.
