First Friends Private Day Nursery

First Friends were so compassionate and reassuring when our son started there. He had terrible separation anxiety and being a first-time mum it was so hard to leave him but the staff pride themselves in how they deal with this and ensured that it was a home from home setting for our son. They called within the hour to let me know he had settled and were completely understanding and patient with the check-in calls I did.
The setting is lovely, they really get involved with the play that they do and my son's language has come on so much being there.
He has made some really nice friends and he absolutely adores all the staff there.
I was so much more anxious than my son was and I really think that it's because the confidence that they show in how they handled my son filled him with reassurance that he was safe and loved.

It is a magical place.
