Wingerworth Wonder Years Nursery

All the staff genuinely care about the children, they provide a nurturing environment and create a wide range of activities for the children within nursery but also regularly take trips out within the local community to the library or the park. They are constantly looking for ways to improve and I can't recommend this nursery enough.

All staff are caring, conscientious, considering. It is only small; they always go above and beyond for the children. All staff are very pleasant and easy to talk with. They resolve any issues in a professional manner. My daughter has attended for nearly 4 years and loves the staff. She is about to start school and will miss nursery.

We are very happy with Wingerworth Wonder Years Nursery. The staff are caring, professional and genuinely invested in the childrens development and wellbeing. One thing we particuarly appreciate is their support for bilingualism. They actively encourage and nurture his language development, which is very important to us. Our son enjoys attending and we feel confident that he is well cared for.

Each child has a designated key worker which makes it easier to follow up their development.

Our daughter started at Wonder Years in January and we have been incredibly impressed by every aspect of the nursery. The staff are exceptional. Their care and kindness is unmatched, as well as their knowledge. Our daughter has made so much progress towards her milestones already. The communication via the Famly app is also excellent and very useful too. We have nothing to say except that the nursery and the whole team are fantastic.

They are always encouraged to try new things and learn new skills in line with their development and it's great that they mix between the rooms as it means my youngest can see his big sister which has made the transition easier

For the past two years, my twin sons have been enrolled at Wingerworth Wonder Years. I am pleased to report that I have only positive feedback regarding their experience. The staff demonstrates exceptional care and attention to both boys. The twins have significantly developed in terms of confidence, vocabulary, and overall learning. They express genuine enthusiasm for attending and even express a desire to attend on weekends. The nursery has undergone recent renovations, resulting in a high-quality environment. As my sons prepare to begin school this September, the nursery staff has provided outstanding support, ensuring they are well-prepared. I highly recommend Wingerworth Wonder Years, citing its excellent staff and exceptional nursery environment.

My little nephew is new to this nursery and as settled so well. I collect him some of the days he is in and the little smile on his face is lovely to see. The staff are friendly and he has gained a lovely little connection to both other children and the staff in such a short time. I think my Sister-in-law and brother chose really well.

Wingerworth Wonder Years is a lovely nursery for children. I feel my little boy is well looked after, and he enjoys his time there. There are plenty of imaginative activities with a variety throughout the week. The staff are polite, caring and passionate, which is lovely to see. The meals provided are hearty and sound delicious.

Great nursery. My daughter loves going here and her development has come on really well as she's been attending. The staff are very friendly and will work with the parents closely to ensure the child's needs are being met fully.

I’d highly recommend Wingerworth Wonder Years. Both the after school clubs and nursery are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. My boy has come on leaps and bounds since coming here. He starts infants this year, but I wish he could stay here - we will be sad to leave. The children are given 100% care and are encouraged and praised. The children have so much fun here, and I think the app is a great account to have so that both parents and staff can keep regular communication and also see more information. Wingerworth Wonder Years are managed brilliantly amongst all the staff. It is always clean and high on safeguarding.

My daughter goes running into nursery and running out with a massive smile on her face. It's all because of the staff! They become like family members as the love and care they have for each child is overwhelming. We love seeing the daily activities such as cooking, making play-doh and yoga! The relief you have knowing your child is in safe hands - you can't put a price on it. Special mention to two members of staff in particular who are truly special and amazing.

Really good nursery, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds with her spelling, numbers and speech since being at Wingerworth Wonder Years. She loves the friendly atmosphere and the nursery staff who do a magnificent job in keeping her entertained. Highly recommend!

Professional, kind, caring and flexible team. The girls in our son's room make every day fun-filled, full of learning and he has settled in so quickly. They all communicate so well with us and follow through with our wishes for his care. The team are responsive to our crazy shift patterns and flexible to fit our needs. We would highly recommend Wingerworth Wonder Years to any parent.

Myself, my husband and our toddler love this nursery. They always go above and beyond and have never failed to accommodate us when needed. The workers are always friendly and it is clear they love their jobs and take their role in the children's life seriously. It is also clear the affection they have for all of the children. My girl is kind, has excellent manners, can use the 'time out' step no problem and I believe a lot of this is due to the nursery workers' input. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

Our daughter went here from just over 1 year old to starting school and now goes to breakfast club and after school club. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking for flexible, friendly childcare. Our daughter loved going to nursery and the staff were always happy to tailor her care when needed.

The nursery is a fantastic place for my son where they have been able to provide plenty of activities indoors and out that have helped him learn and develop. I always feel he is safe and well cared for and has opportunities to be involved with new things that I am unable to do at home with him. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

Where to start? From my son's first few hours at nursery at only 1 year old this nursery has been amazing. Other than my closest family there is no one I'd rather leave my beautiful boy with. He's now 6 years old and we still use the nursery's breakfast and after school club. They're personal, care so much about your children and always keep you up to date. My son sometimes bursts into tears when I arrive to pick him up from after school club because he loves it so much. 10 out of 10 after five years of using them. They've been amazing through Covid too, making sure they can keep the children safe despite it being so hard for childcare providers. Thank you very much.
