My daughter loves attending this nursery, she’s come on leaps and bounds and the staff are so friendly and informative. We’ve been here for over a year and she has loved every minute. Couldn’t fault them in any way.

I can't recommend this nursery enough! The staff are lovely and amazing in taking care of our grandson. They provide daily activities and a short verbal update when he is collected, although he never wants to leave after being there over 10 hours! Parents get photos sent via WhatsApp keeping us all informed of what our little ones are up to, always enjoying themselves, whether it is a day trip or learning about new things, drawing, painting or crafting. Development reports are carried out so we know how they are progressing, parents are asked if there is anything particular we would like them to focus on, writing their name or recognising numbers. He has learnt so much and has thrived there, developing social skills and making friends. Knowing how excited each morning he is to be dropped off is such a relief knowing he is in the hands of such wonderful staff. Excellent care provided, including the nutritious meals prepared fresh daily.

Our son has been at Merseybank Nursery since I went back to work after maternity leave and I'm so glad we chose this nursery. The staff are warm and very good at what they do. Their flexibility was also a huge factor for us. Would highly recommend and we will be using this nursery again for our second child.

We absolutely love Merseybank Nursery, my son started off there when he just turned 2 and was so clingy to me and his dad, the girls were all so amazing with him and put our minds at rest with updates and messages of how his day was going, in a matter of days he was skipping into nursery. The staff all treat the children as though they are family and were amazing support through toilet training as well, even though he is my third child, the advice they gave was so helpful and sure enough he was fully trained in no time at all. The extra days they do for Mother's/Father’s Day are so lovely and the sports day they run was super fun for all the children too. I love how flexible the nursery is around our shift patterns, just generally the best place to send your child to. I’ll be sad when the time comes my son has to leave.

My son absolutely loves it here. He is so happy to go every day and his face lights up when he sees the staff. I was anxious about sending him to a nursery as he has learning difficulties, but he has learned so much and really come out of his shell! The staff are all so friendly and approachable and are so helpful with the struggles you can face as parents. I really would recommend Merseybank to anyone looking for a nursery for their child!

When choosing a nursery for our child, we were anxious due to being new to the area and didn't know anyone to ask for recommendations. We looked at four different nurseries and Merseybank Nursery was the best! We felt welcome, the staff greeted us politely, the nursery was secure and most of all, our little one loved it and settled in straight away. They supported us when we needed it with our little one's eating habits and it really did help! The staff do an amazing job and take the time to meet individual needs of each child, they always keep parents in the loop with what's happening with any updates, day trips, theme days or illnesses that may come up. They also listen to parents' opinions. Our little one has loved every minute of being there and loves each one of his teachers, they surely will be missed. I am so thankful that we've been welcomed into the Merseybank family and fit in so well. There's always something planned for the kids and management has lots of advice on funding.
