Fairytales Day Nursery

The staff are friendly and helpful. I am really pleased with the service provided for my daughter. The only negative is that sometimes you can be waiting a while outside on pick up and drop-offs. I understand that this is due to the current pandemic.

My eldest went here on the recommendation of a work colleague. I must say I’d never have my youngest go anywhere else. Personal, professional accommodating and homely feel. The staff are amazing and each child is treated as an individual, their needs are looked at as individuals and that to me is so so important. I trust them completely and feel safe with my child there.

My daughter has grown so much since starting Fairytales and really enjoys every session she goes to. When I pick her up she wants to go back the next day, telling me "she likes nursery." I have recommended Fairytales to several people and even my sister who has brought my niece to Fairytales too.

Amazing nursery, all the staff are so friendly and so helpful my kids love it there and now look forward to going. Best nursery by far. Can even see what your child gets up to on an app which for me is so relaxing to know and see highly recommend.

It’s a lovely nursery - friendly, flexible and always has the children’s best interests at heart. It’s really sad to see some of the longest-serving team members leave recently as I was looking forward to them being as such an integral part of my son's life as they were for my daughter. However, I know my son is in safe hands and he learns so much there.

We went to view Fairytales based on a good friend's recommendation. After viewing, it became our favourite out of the 3 that we had seen. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and it has a lovely 'homely' feel to the place. They have always been great at responding to any queries and have been really flexible with regards to any changes to days. My daughter has loved it here from day one and is always excited to go to nursery, which makes us 100% certain we chose the right one! Thank you Fairytales!

I visited a number of nurseries as this is a big decision, and Fairytales was the best setting I saw. I was impressed by the calmness in the nursery and cleanliness. The staff had been there a long period of time, and there was not a big turnover of staff, which I felt gave great consistency. Lots of experienced staff helped me make the decision to place my child.

I absolutely love Fairytales Nursery. My son attended for two years and quickly became part of the family. The staff are amazing and the curriculum perfect. I couldn't have asked for better care for my little one. The management is friendly and accommodating. I am very grateful for all the help they gave me to raise my son.

He arrived as a fussy eater who wouldn't try anything and through their help and encouragement has become a fantastic eater.

There is so much to do and play with which keeps the children engaged and happy.

The staff will help in any way they can and are there to support the children, not just in their learning but through toilet training etc.

I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have been very happy with the care both our children have received. When they are picked up they both seem to be very happy and are able to tell us what they have been up to. The nursery have been flexible in changing days when we have needed to.

My daughter has never had any issues whilst attending there, she is treated with just as much love as if she were their own. I have recommended this nursery to other friends with children whom all now attend too! It's a fantastic place for my daughter to attends whilst I'm at work. Couldn't have chosen better!

I have two children that attend Fairytales and as a family we think it's brilliant. The staff are wonderful. The manager is so caring and helpful.

I think a sign of a good day is for the children to come home messy! My two always have paint on them or sand on their feet or pen on their hands. We are often given armfuls of pictures the children have made and they clearly do lots of arts and craft. We get cards from the children which are really nicely made and wrapped, it's clear this nursery care about the children they have in their care!

I would 100% recommend this nursery I have no concerns at all about my children attending - nursery feels like an extended family. The communication system is fab, we get daily emails with what the children have been up to, what they have eaten, if they have slept ect. If you are a clingy mum like me you can ring up as many times in a day and the leader never tiers of speaking to you.

I'd give this nursery a 10/10 and a gold star. Its fab! !

On a practical note, I work shifts and the nursery have always been very flexible allowing me to request different days for them each week, which was something other nurseries are not often willing to do.

Such a lovely, warm and friendly environment for children. After visiting many other private nurseries, as soon as we stepped through the door we knew Fairytales was the one. Our son has made friends and loves all the staff. A massive plus for us when choosing a nursery was the staff and knowing a number of staff have been there for more than 10 years says it all.

My now 19 month old daughter has been attending Fairytales since January this year.

After her first day she took her first steps and has continued to go from strength to strength with her learning since.

All the staff are lovely and the manager is excellent and takes her role very seriously. Nothing we ask is too much and they are really accommodating and understanding.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fairytales to anyone. They were personally recommended to myself and I can see why! Thanks for being fab! :)

Every aspect of their care and routine is carefully planned and you can see the children really enjoy their time here, all rooms cater just right for the age range and the children are always safe and put first. Thank you all.

My daughter goes to Fairytales one day a week and absolutely loves it. The staff are always friendly and caring and I can tell they make sure my daughter is well looked after. Every time I pick her up she is always telling me how much fun she has had. The staff are always happy to help and to accommodate if things need to be changed or seen to. There is always a friendly atmosphere and my little one is always welcomed by everyone.

The staff are lovely and friendly, they are very reasonably priced and flexible. My baby girl hasn't been there long but has settled really well and felt at ease from the moment I left her. The Daily Diary is really good so you can see photos of what they're doing through the day. It also acts like a diary so you know when they've eaten, when they've slept and any other comments made by the staff. I would definitely recommend.
