Kids Planet George Eliot

My daughter started at Kids Planet George Eliot in November 2025 and I can honestly say the whole experience, for both me and her, has been amazing. We did settling in sessions (and were offered to do more if we needed) to get her used to the environment and the people before starting properly and although she was a bit timid and upset at first (what kiddo isn't?) she came around WAY faster than I expected. I wholeheartedly believe it was purely down to the wonderful staff, welcoming her into the baby room and being incredibly knowledgeable in how to handle her worries that made the whole experience a positive one. Also, as a first time parent, the staff have been so helpful in advising me on weaning, milk/formula choices and even bugs/lurgies she's caught. The baby room staff made me feel at ease and relieved to know they're looking out for her health just as much as I am. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a respectful, clean and friendly nursery!

My little girl has settled in really well to Kids Planet George Elliot. The staff are really welcoming, kind and understanding. They provide different opportunities for the children including sensory trays and walks to visit the park. Thanks for all your hard work.

A wonderful nursery with a brilliant team! My son has settled in so well and absolutely loves his teachers. The facilities are clean, bright, and full of engaging toys and equipment. Thank you, for taking such great care of my little one and making our experience so positive.

Both of my children are very happy in Kids planet. The staff is very helpful and professional. They helped my children to settle in well and they are always keeping them busy with lots of different activities. We do get updates during the day, including the photos and videos which is great.

We've had a really pleasant experience so far with Kids planet George Elliot. My little boy is in the Tots room and is really loving his days there which is all we could ever ask for. The staff are welcoming and give us regular updates via phone calls or through the app. The variety of food they offer my son is great and they always see to him promptly. We love the events they host after nursery eg: bonfire night and the parents evening we just had was lovely to hear about his progress.

Kids Planet Nursery is honestly the best nursery I have come across. My little boy has been attending since he was around 10 months old and he is now 18 months old and thriving at everything. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The staff are absolutely incredible and my little boy has an amazing bond with all the staff. He is currently in the baby room and I cannot thank the girls enough for everything they do. Wouldn't want to send my little boy anywhere else!

Kids Planet George Eliot is a lovely nursery, my child loves it and feels safe and happy there. The facilities are great including a wide range of activities and areas inside and outside. There is a good parent app for communication and sending images of your child throughout the day. We are very happy with the service provided.

The staff are very friendly. Able to highlight my child's qualities and characteristics. My child plays with different equipment that enables her to learn. Her personality shows forth while she does these activities. She has grown so much and it's been a joy seeing her personality and development, although she is only there once a week now. The staff have been amazing all through.

I literally cannot recommend highly enough to any parent looking for a setting for their little one.

I have used this nursery for over 6 years - every single one of the staff deserves a shout-out. They all make you feel a part of the nursery family. I will miss them all when my daughter leaves in August. They are amazing with my children and continue to strive to be the best.

My daughter has been at the nursery since January 2021 and overall we have had an amazing experience. Our daughter settled in well and enjoys coming to nursery to see her friends. She has progressed well over the time period she has been at the nursery and always leaves the nursery with a smile on her face.

I have also found them to be very accommodating when needing some urgent childcare.

It wasn’t easy for her to settle but the staff make her feel so comfortable and help ensure she has a good day every session by following her interests and encouraging her to explore, she loves being in the garden and playing with the bikes! She now asks every morning if she’s going to nursery which is an amazing step for her. Couldn’t be happier, thank you George Eliot.

Excellent crèche. My daughter has been looked after really well and her development since she has started at this crèche had exceeded what I expected. The manager is lovely, she always answers my emails promptly and assists with all queries regarding my daughter. All the staff in the toddler room are fantastic with my daughter. I never worry about her when I go to work, as I know that she is so well looked after.

My son's attended since May 2022 and he is so happy here. Always comes home telling me how much of a good day he has had. The bond he has with the staff is amazing. They all go above and beyond. Great activities and resources. Staff are always friendly. Thank you!

Kind friendly staff who provide a variety of activities to engage and educate my child. The nursery provides good quality meals and snacks that take into account the needs of my child. I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

Amazing nursery with amazing staff. Overall fabulous experience settling my son into nursery, staff go above and beyond every drop off and collect. My son has such a strong bond with his keyworker and loves his nursery play days.

My twins are still in the settling-in stage, but they are enjoying the resources that are available to them. The key workers are excellent and acknowledge both my twin's individual needs. It's lovely to see the twin's activities on the app. The app is very helpful and updated with new events etc. Overall a brilliant nursery.
