Stratford Nursery provides a home-from-home experience to ensure the children feel safe and secure to explore their environment. The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

The nursery has main room and a connecting room for nap time, where the lights can be dimmed, calm music can be played, and a cosy atmosphere is able to be created. There is also a separate nappy changing area and kitchenette within the room, so everything is easily accessible.

The nursery is equipped with low level furniture and resources that encourage the children to develop individually, with staff available to support and guide them where needed. Activities are planned around the child’s individual interests and changing needs.

Outside there is a large outdoor area that is undercover, so that children are able to explore outside in all weathers. There is also a safe and dry space for the younger babies who are still crawling and learning to walk.

My children love coming to nursery and preschool. They love the staff and have so much fun with all the activities on offer. I am kept up to date on their progress and development and I enjoy seeing what they have been up to with my snapshots and daily updates.
The staff are amazing and they all know

We have been using Old Station Nursery since March 2022. Staff are brilliant. Very friendly and have formed good relationships with us and our son. Feel the outside areas could do with a bit of a refurb and the car park isn't great.

My son absolutely loves this preschool! My son's confidence and speech have made improvements, thanks to all the staff that helped him achieve the best. The team (staff) worked remarkably hard to get all the children prepared for the next steps to big school (reception).

I think the nursery teachers are amazing and do such a good job at educating and looking after my son, his speech before starting nursery wasn’t that great but in the last 7 months since he’s started it has come along so well and it’s all down to the wonderful women who work at the nursery. He always
comes back home so happy after nursery telling me all about the things he’s learnt that day.

Overall my little one seems happy, I like the staff handovers, especially being allowed inside the rooms now.
I think the outside looks a little run down, the front lawn is very overgrown and you took down the outside climbing frame 6 months ago but not replaced!
I would also like parent's evenings
every 6 months as I’ve only had 1 in about 15 months.

Denim club has been a safe engaging environment for all my children. They have been well cared for by professional staff. If my child needs breakfast she is able to have a selection of cereals or toast.

The staff at the nursery are lovely. They really care about the children and take the time to get to know them. They build close relationships so the children trust and love them.
Unfortunately, the price of the nursery has gone up significantly since OSN took over and their communication isn't great.
Despite the price increase, there is no sign that the OSN group plan to improve the facilities or resources for staff and children - besides superficially adding their branding to windows, signs etc. However, this takes nothing away from the amazing staff (inclusive of the nursery manager) and their efforts with the children.

My child has bonded well with her key worker and has been encouraged to play with other children and independently, She enjoys her time there, and the staff are great at sending updates via the app so we can see her progress. Would highly recommend it.

My son goes here and loves it! The staff are really friendly and caring. My son has drastically improved his speech and constantly talks about what he did, what he ate and his friends. He cannot wait for the next day to go to school.

Honestly, the best preschool we could have ever asked for. The staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly, and always their to listen to the parents. Our little boy has had the manager as his key worker for the past year and he has absolutely thrived! She is perfect for her role as nursery manager and
you can clearly see the love and passion she has for her job and for the children in her care. Our child's confidence has grown massively and he happily skips into nursery every day. We will all be so sad to leave for big school in September!

My husband and I are very happy with our choice of nursery for our baby girl. She started at The Old Station Nursery Stratford Upon Avon 3 months ago when she was 8 months old. She is really enjoying it and loves the staff. I was so worried about putting my baby into nursery so young but it has exceeded
my expectations. We enjoy getting the daily updates on the app and love receiving photos of the activities she is getting involved with.

Simply wonderful staff that really care about the kids. My child has attended for a couple of years, always had support and updates from staff. Just a wonderful setting. I will miss the smiles at drop off and pick up times.

My son always goes in with a smile on his face and comes out smiling, staff are amazing my older children attended the same nursery a few years ago. Personally wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

Excellent nursery, which all my children have attended and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are so lovely and provide fantastic care. My children love going to it and come home excited to show me their many arts and crafts and baking goods. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
