Tiny Toez @ East Valley

Great team and a lovely nursery would definitely recommend it. I don't normally attend the nursery due to work, however, when I receive photos and updates throughout the day about my daughter I know she is in good hands.

My little boy was at Tiny Toez from 9 months to 3 years. During his time, he has come on leaps and bounds and I cannot thank the nursery and especially the staff enough for everything they do. He has loved his time with Tiny Toez, the staff are great, as are the facilities. Would highly recommend it.

My little boy attended Tiny Toez for two years - and I can’t thank them enough. I watched him grow so much and know it is because of Tiny Toez. From the moment he started, he ran into that room. He was always so excited to go to nursery and would constantly tell us how much fun he had. The people there have been the absolute best - nothing is too much trouble! It's been so comforting knowing that I was leaving my boy with such amazing ladies. He has been so happy there. In all honesty, we would keep him at Tiny Toez forever, if we could!

My son loved spending time at the nursery in his special class. Staff are very helpful. Especially a big thank you to the staff who led my son with ASD and developmental delay and helped him to grow. They did amaizing work with him. Lovely class room and sensory room for all kids, when they need it. We will truly miss you!

Outstanding nursery! Could not be happier with our choice! Our boy required lots of extra care and the staff were always very helpful, friendly and supportive. Maintaining excellent hygiene, engaging our little one with a variety of activities and keeping us posted on how he is doing throughout the day by adding photos and posts via the nursery app. Our boy showed great progress in his development. He was a very fussy eater before and is nowadays, accepting a wide range of foods. Staff were very considerate of his diet requirements too. He was always happy and eager to go to the nursery. Would highly recommend it!

Everything you could require for your little one. Educational but fun activities, caring and nurturing staff, clean environment, good contact from management, daily updates of activities done or milestones met. My little girl can't wait to go each morning and loves the friends she's made (staff included!).

My grandson and granddaughter both attended and my granddaughter is still there. The staff are amazing. My grandchildren always spoke about their day with their teachers with a big smile on their faces. My grandson would love to go back and always spoke about two of the girls, in particular, the same as his sister does. I will be sad when my little granddaughter follows her brother to big school.

My son attended the nursery since February 2021 and it was the best decision myself and my husband have ever made. The progression my son had made especially with his speech, has been fantastic, he is always happy and looks forward to his days at East Valley Tiny Toez. All members of staff go above and beyond to settle any parent's apprehension, especially ours, when our son had gone from being at home in a lockdown environment to being left and in a whole new environment. Can’t recommend them enough.

I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough! My little girl only started in January but our experience so far is amazing. Right from our tour of the nursery where the manager knew everything about every room and planning within that room and also answered every question that we had for her. The staff within my daughter's room are outstanding! She has such an amazing bond with her key worker and gets very excited every morning that we tell her we are going to the nursery to find her ladies. I love the parents' app for getting updates/photos of how she is throughout the day and I know that the staff are always there to answer any questions that I may have. I love that the manager knows all of the children and even little key information about them, like when they sleep or in our case that my daughter (10 months) drinks out of a cup. The menu/food choices within the setting are brilliant and very healthy, with such a great range of meals. All in all, the nursery is amazing! Thank you so much to all of you!

Outstanding nursery and staff who are always happy to help and go above and beyond to meet the child’s needs. Emails are responded to quickly and whenever I have a query or question, I get an answer on the same day. Wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

All staff are helpful, polite and greet us with a big smile. Nothing is ever too much to them. They listen to your child's needs and develop them accordingly. Thanks, Tiny Toez!!!

My daughter has settled in brilliantly at Tiny Toez, she is so excited to go each morning and is still smiling on pick up. I love receiving observations and photos throughout the day, it's reassuring to know she's having a great day. The staff are very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable on children's development. I've worked in many Nurseries myself and have seen good and bad Nurseries and I can see this is a good one. Thank you for looking after my little girl so well.

A lovely nursery. Staff are very friendly, attentive and caring. The food is home-cooked and nutritious which is great. All the children leave with big smiles on their faces which speaks volumes! Would highly recommend.

My son loved going to Tiny Toez, every day he learned something new. Great communication throughout from staff who looked after him, overall I have no bad words to say about it. He even ate everything they provided for him. And it was all fresh and nutritional.

Staff are great and really helpful. Very hands-on, nothing is ever to much to ask of them, they are always happy to direct you or advise. They brought my little boy out of his shell and he is now more than ready for big school. I highly recommend East Valley day nursery. 10 out 10 stars.

My daughter has come on so much since joining this nursery, she is is always eager to tell us what she has been up to during her day. It's great when she tells me stories or songs that they have been doing at nursery. The food is excellent and has widened my daughters scope of food, she is more willing to try new foods. The staff are polite, keep me well informed, have excellent communication feeds and my daughter is excited to go to nursery every day. I especially have the E log app that they use to keep us informed of my daughters progress with pictures and commentary.

Fab nursery, the staff are lovely and very accommodating as my son is a really fussy eater and they always give him something else if he doesn't like what's on the menu. Thanks ladies, my little boy absolutely loves it here and is settling in really well :)

All the staff are so friendly, caring and do a great job looking after my son, especially one staff member, who is great at settling him when I drop him off and sends me daily updates on how he’s doing, which gives me extra peace of mind! The staff are qualified and professional and the nursery is clean and safe. The management are professional and friendly and always try to accommodate the parents' needs etc. All in all, I’m very happy with Tiny Toez @ East Valleys and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Lovely nursery. My grandson loves it and has come on loads since been there. He loves the meals and always has seconds.

My daughter was in another nursery when I first went back to work, I did not feel happy about the care she was receiving and as a mother did not feel reassured enough by staff. My daughter moved to Tiny Toez @ East Valley and started in the baby room, moved to Little Toez and is now in Big Toez, she has been so happy in each room and built a lovely relationship with staff who are so caring and excellent at their jobs. I have always felt that she has been in good hands, safe and had hugs when she cried for me. Staff are approachable and friendly as is the manager. The chef is also great as they have always accommodated my daughter's dietary needs as she is dairy free.
