As a single mum coming off maternity leave, I have been very anxious about leaving my son in the care of others. Right from the start, they made the transition very easy, and my son comes home babbling away in happiness because he always has a great day out.

Staffordshire University Nursery is a home from home for my little girl. The facilities and staff are amazing. They really go the extra mile to care for my daughter, the way I would expect family members would. She smiles and jumps to the staff and that alone is proof of the amazing relationships that
are formed at the nursery. She has a range of lovely nutritional meals and eats well there which is a relief for any parent. She has the chance to challenge herself safely, socialise and play freely. Best thing I ever did was deciding to send my daughter to the nursery. Can't thank the staff enough for the support they have given me and my little family! Highly recommended! Very excited to see the transition into the new nursery building in 2022!

Since joining, the staff have been amazing with my daughter. They have taught her a lot, she has become such a social butterfly and loves people. The staff catered so well to my daughters milk allergy and always made sure everything was safe for her.

Staff go above and beyond their duties, not only do they care for my son, they make sure myself and his daddy are okay as well. I'm told what my son has been doing every day, they do lots of messy play, outdoor activities, eating and playing with toys. I really appreciate the help and support from everyone
in raising and educating my little one.

We are absolutely thrilled with the care that the staff provide for our son in the nought to two's room. The nursery regularly asks what he enjoys doing at home and then finds ways to extend this learning in the early years setting. I love that a lot of the learning and exploration at nursery is actively
child-led. Our toddler is also expertly supported to build positive relationships with the other children in the nought to two's room. We love it when the nursery sends home pictures of him playing with his friends. Our son is very happy there.

I'm more than happy to provide a review, although I don't feel like I can go into great detail as my son started at this nursery in the summer of 2020 when nurseries opened back up following the first lockdown. Therefore, I've not been able to go inside and look at rooms, spaces and facilities to date.
I am confident that the staff provide good care, and my little boy appears to be happy, eat and play well, I just find it difficult to comment on things like resources, ICT and activities.

I was so nervous about leaving my son's at nursery, and I went through loads of different local nursery's and not one made me like it until I came across Staffordshire University Day Nursery. The staff are ever so polite and understanding; they take your children on as if they are their own siblings,
and it's like one big happy family seeing the kids and staff all play and learn together. My eldest son started nursery in October 2020, not being able to speak, and by January 2021 because of the extra help of nursery, he is now speaking ever so beautifully. I couldn't have chosen a better nursery to place my boys, and I'm glad that with the pandemic going on, my kids are able to enjoy life and learn new things. Their faces always light up when I tell them it's time for nursery.

My ten-month-old son has been coming to this nursery since the end of March, so about three or four weeks now, and he has settled straight in. He goes in no trouble and comes out all smiles! The staff are all friendly, welcoming and keep you informed of everything. I definitely made the right choice
in choosing this nursery.

The staff at the nursery are amazing. The only thing this nursery is lacking is more outdoor space, however, I know my son has an amazing time whilst there, and that is what matters. He has come on so much at this nursery, and that is down to all staff.

My two-year-old son currently attends the nursery, and he absolutely loves it and the staff. He is reaching all his milestones despite the Covid-19 experience and this is due to the play and learning experiences he has at nursery. My eldest son, who is now thirteen, also attended this nursery, and it’s
so reassuring and heartwarming that the same staff still work at the nursery and the same manager. This shows a great working environment, job satisfaction and happy staff, which in turn, means our children are safe and well looked after and have great experiences with people that love their job and the workplace.

After working in several nurseries myself and not liking what I saw, it was incredibly hard to trust any nursery with my own children as I thought all nurseries operated the same way.
Almost 2 years later and all three of my children have been to Staffordshire University Day Nursery and I absolutely
love it. My children have the best time with the wide range of activities available. The children also eat so well whilst being there, I actually get jealous.
The staff are just amazing and I cannot big them up enough. I do feel like they are my extended family and love them all dearly.
The office door is always open if you ever need a chat.
When I pick the children up I always get updated with what my boys have done that day, what they ate and how much they ate.
I would never send my boys anywhere else now and I'll be totally gutted when the day comes to my youngest to move up to reception class.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 4 years and she has had an absolutely fantastic experience, as have I.
The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable and provide excellent activities for the children. My Daughter is so confident, funny, and kind which I know is mainly due to
the social experiences she has had at the nursery.
She has impeccable manners and thought for others, and is so full of fun. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this nursery for all children aged 0-5 years. My Daughter will be starting School in September 2017 and I will be so sad on her last day at the nursery.
I feel like the staff are my friends and I will be very sad to no longer have them in my life. Such a wonderful place.

My son has been at the nursery since moving from one in Stafford over the summer - Every day he's happy to go into the nursery, this is his place having moved through 2 rooms now. I've seen his language and development come on in leaps and bounds and I know he spends every day being loved, entertained
and cared for.

The nursery have been amazing. I could not have left my son in safer kinder hands. As hard as it is to leave your child and go to work I've felt they given him the care and attention he would have got at home, which has been so important to me.
He has loved going there and has gained some amazing
relationships both with other children and the staff.

All staff including management at the nursery are very welcoming and you feel at ease that your child is being looked after well. My daughter enjoys attending the nursery and has made many friends and the environment gave her a great opportunity for learning as well as developing emotionally, physically
and socially. I have appreciated the regular feedback from staff on progress and feel at ease that my child will be fine once she starts school!

My son has been going to Staffs Uni nursery for around 18 months and he loves it. He has special needs and the support and care he has been shown by his key worker, fellow carers and their supervision has been excellent. He is a confident and happy little boy there and is making leaps and bounds in
his development.
I am also impressed with how accommodating and enthusiastic the management team have been in facilitating my sons key worker to attend his Physio and speech and language sessions at the hospital in order for them to gain a better understanding of his needs.

My daughter has been at there for over 2 years. All the staff are fantastic with the children & extremely supportive & will help you anyway they can. I had personal family problems and they were fantastic in helping me or just there for a natter. My daughter has made some wonderful friends & has been
to so many parties because of the friends she has made. The children became very close & I will be very sad to see her leave.

An excellent safe, fun & educational nursery who keep you up to date of your child's progress, which they send to the school of choice to inform the teachers of each child which I think is brilliant.
I am deeply upset she has to leave & will miss all the staff & children immensely.
COULD NOT RECOMMEND A BETTER NURSERY .
