The Crescent Pre School Nursery Ltd

I will forever highly recommend The Crescent Pre School. My little boy thrives here and most importantly absolutely loves going to Nursery. The staff are incredible! Kind, patient, caring always going above and beyond. I always receive picture updates of learning activities my little boy has engaged with and crafts sent home. My little boy's hit all development milestones thanks to Crescent and every week he comes home having learned something new. The only negative is how on earth I'll send him to school after the amazing experience we have had at Crescent! I wish he could stay forever!

Three out of four of my children have been to this nursery and two still do. Since they have been here I have had no issues with anything at all. I am able to leave them in their care and go to work and not worry about them all day which is a big thing when it comes to leaving our babies with other people! Their needs are met and they are very happy. The staff go above and beyond for the children always. I’ll be sad when my children have to grow up and leave.

My son has been at this nursery for over 2 years and being autistic it was a difficult time trying to find a suitable nursery to care for and meet his needs. This nursery exceeded our expectations. They have done nothing but love, care, and encourage our little boy to be the best he can be. And has come on leaps and bounds. The amount of paperwork that goes with an SEN child can be mammoth but they are hot on this and always involve us in targets and progress. Can not say a negative thing about them.

I am so happy my son attends The Crescent Pre-School Nursery. It can be worrying and daunting to leave your child in a setting, but the staff made me feel both welcomed and reassured with my decision to send my little boy here. I was offered the opportunity for a show-around and this allowed me to get a first-hand feel of the nursery before making any decisions. The manager showed me around and was both informative and thorough, taking me to each room and introducing me to the staff, as well as answering any questions I had in a professional manner. Each room is unique and caters to the needs of the children, and the staff are both nurturing and experienced in their approach. They go above and beyond for the children and for me as a parent too. My little boy is so content when he arrives and knowing he is comfortable throughout the day means I can be confident and assured he is receiving the best care in a wonderful setting.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The provision offered is outstanding. The meals are homecooked and delicious, and the staff all genuinely care for the children. I wish I'd known about this nursery with my eldest child, as my youngest absolutely loves it - thank you.

My child has been attending this nursery since she was 8 months old. She is now almost 2, I can’t praise the staff enough, they are very attentive and do brilliant day to day activities with her. She’s always full of smiles at Nursery. I recommend to anyone needing a nursery for their child.

Been a parent and having to go to work and leaving your child in somebody’s else’s care is something only a parent can understand. I had looked around many nurseries, and non seem to click until I looked around this nursery. I loved the space, especially outdoors, all the children were happy and busy in play and staff took the time to acknowledge my presence, but most importantly, my child’s. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction and noticed I was a parent who was nervous about leaving my child, and the reassurance was warming; they sold it to me. My son absolutely loves it here, and especially the staff. I love the app where I get to see pictures and observations on his progress, and I to as a parent can participate. My son has done activities that are beyond our capabilities at home, and he is thriving in his development. I go to work knowing he’s having the best time and in the best hands. It’s amazing how the staff become like 2nd family not only to your child but to you.

My little boy started here in September 2020. I picked this nursery for him after my daughter went there. He absolutely loves going and runs straight in every morning and leaves with a massive smile. The staff here are fantastic both with the children and also parents. My little boy is getting on really well, and I’m very happy with how much he's progressing. This is down to the fantastic staff and his key worker that work with him. They are doing an amazing job through the tough times. They always give 100% to everything they do.

The staff work very hard to ensure every child gets 1 to 1 as well as group work with different activities every day. Each child is given a mentor, and I receive update and photos of what she's been up to. I'm so glad she got the opportunity to go to this nursery.

I loved my 1-year-old daughter going to The Crescent nursery. She absolutely loves it, and I feel totally relaxed knowing my daughter is at The Crescent. She has come on so well, and the girls are amazing with her. I love how they send an observation weekly with photos of what she has been up to, especially when I can't go in at the minute due to covid. Thank you to everyone at The Crescent for everything you've done for my daughter. I also worked here as an apprentice 7-years ago, and it was such a great opportunity and was an amazing 1st job.

Two of my children go to this nursery, and since going, they have learned loads and achieved loads, gained a lot of confidence too. A very good nursery and the staff are amazing and supportive. I definitely recommend people to this nursery for their children because I couldn't send my kids to a better one.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery every day. The staff are amazing and friendly and are great at communicating with you when you pick your child up. My daughter has got great bonds with the staff there. They are always there for help and support if you need it. I highly recommend the Crescent Pre School nursery to anyone! Well done, guys, you are all amazing and do a tremendous job!

My little boy has attended this nursery for the last 6-months, and I cannot express how impressed I am at every aspect of the nursery. They are all so attentive, helpful and professional. My child has progressed so much since going to this nursery with speech and learning. He loves attending, and I feel happy and comfortable that he is in very safe hands whilst he is there. I have never had any concerns or issues with the nursery, if anything they have gone above and beyond and we are so grateful, especially in these uncertain times.

My son has settled really well here. The staff are passionate about their role. I am always greeted with an update of my son's progress through the day and a detailed diary to read as well. My son has grown since beginning here - to name one thing - he no longer always wants to held by mummy and daddy but is more comfortable playing independently on the floor. The workers are very careful with my child he is 10 months now and I am grateful for the service. Keep it up!

This nursery is absolutely amazing and I’d 100 per cent recommend sending your child here. All staff and management are so friendly, welcoming and nurturing and genuinely care and love each child. My little boy really enjoyed coming to nursery and formed lovely relationships with all the staff, especially his key worker who he loved. The activities that they set out for the children are outstanding! My little boy loved engaging in all the messy play activities and also loved accessing the outdoor area. The outdoors is massive and my little boy loved exploring out there! I also loved how much feedback I had when collecting my little boy and loved seeing him happy at nursery. I cannot praise this nursery or the staff enough.

My daughter has been attending since September 2019 after a change of nurseries, it’s a much bigger setting with better facilities and great staff, my daughter has a great bond with most of them and always comes home happy. She is making great progress and is very settled.
