Wolstanton Kindergarten

I was already 99% sure my daughter would be attending this nursery as I attended when I was a child about 28 years ago but from day 1 the nursery have been fantastic. The staff are so friendly and loving and treat your child like their own, they are all like one big family. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since she started nearly a year ago and she absolutely loves going. She's made so many friends and has great relationships with the staff. I have never once felt uneasy leaving her in their capable hands. I can't praise this nursery enough!

Having already had our daughter here, choosing it for our son was easy - and they've been every bit as wonderful second time around. They were so flexible when my return-to-work plans were uncertain, supporting changes to our days and a phased increase without any fuss. It's small enough that every member of this caring, long-standing team knows every child, and they're genuinely invested and excited by their development. Drop-offs are always met with positive energy, which really helps little ones with separation anxiety. They settled our son beautifully and even give him and his big sister time together, which is amazing for their relationship. Lovely updates via the app, a term-end art pack, brilliant well-thought-through activities, lots of outdoor play, excellent home-cooked food and secure entry with passwords for collection. My children are safe, loved and nurtured here - we're keeping our boy here even though we're moving out of the area. The kids' smiles speak for themselves.

Leaving your child with anyone is a difficult thing to do but from day one I have felt at ease leaving my little one in the capable hands of everyone at Wolstanton Kindergarten. My little boy has developed a wonderful relationship with many of the staff, especially his key worker Holly. He usually goes off into nursery easily which speaks volumes! He comes home happy with a full belly and having had a fun day doing lots of different activities. His speech and overall confidence has improved so much since starting nursery in January. Thank you all, for all that you do!

My little boy has loved his time at wolstanton kindergarten and his progress whilst being there is outstanding. Only 12 months ago at age 3, he wasn't speaking, bar a few words, they worked alongside the SALT targets and now we can't keep him quiet. the staff are exceptionally friendly and know the children incredibly well including their personal interests. We had a difficult 12 months with his father's illness and they wrapped him up with lots of love and sensitivity during this time and following his father's passing. I always knew he was thoughtfully cared for and his wellbeing and emotional needs met. Thank you for everything you have done for him.

My little girl has been at Wolstanton kindergarten since January 26. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She has grown in confidence and appears to have a good relationship with her key worker Holly. It's definitely made the transition back to work a lot smoother. I have peace of mind she is happy and care for.

Good quality care by the staff. Kept well informed on child's progress. Plenty of activities. Good quality and variety of food provided. My son is always happy to see key workers. Overall, very satisfactory with this nursery.

I have used WK since 2020 and couldn't be happier with the nursery. My youngest daughter currently attends twice a week and absolutely loves going. She is incredibly confident and will happily go in without a fuss! They do so many lovely activities and my daughter is always excited to join in! The ladies who work there are brilliant and provide high quality care. I highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter attends Wolstanton kindergarten 4 days a week. She absolutely loves going and walks into nursery each morning with a huge smile on her face excited to start the day. This for me says a lot about the nursery and staff. My son is also due to start in September and I know that he will settle in so quickly and be extremely well looked after.

My little boy has been attending Wolstanton Kindergarten since he was 9 months old and he is now 2 years and 3 months. He is developing really well, and his key worker and the management team are so supportive. We have updates daily and we are sent pictures too. He has so much fun at nursery, and loves going.

Activities are superb, giving plenty of opportunities to experience different things. Regular updates and photographs are plentiful, along with development reviews. Educational and learning skills are great with a fantastic partnership between staff and parents. A lovely nursery to attend, first class, extremely happy.

My son has been going to this nursery since April he was 10 months old the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much bother my son is with the deputy manager holly she is just amazing my son adores her smile on his face as soon as she opens the door you get told about everything on the app and in person at pick up he lives like a king here I would recommend this nursery to anyone

My little boy has been attending Wolstanton Kindergarten for over two years now and I honestly could not speak any highly of them. The staff are wonderful, very kind, caring and attentive. My little boy has come on so much since starting there and loves going!.His days are full of fun and excitement with different themed days too to celebrate events. He always comes home happy and chatting away about his day. Wonderful place, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery. I am hopefully sending my little girl there too as we are so happy.

My little boy has been attending Wolstanton Kindergarten for the past year and a half, and I honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff are so caring, welcoming and friendly, and they've always gone out of their way to make us both comfortable. He's genuinely looks forward to going every day and comes home happy. I feel assured that he is being well looked after, get updates throughout the day on the app and I can tell that everyone has really gotten to know him. The entire team really are lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other families.

My child has had some delay with his speech, which the staff members have noticed along with us at home. They have helped with sessions to assess/improve his speech and have made referrals to speech and language.
