Early Days Nursery School Newcastle

An amazing setting and highly recommended. Since starting at Early Days Nursery School in the toddler room last year, attending just one day a week continuing on to the pre-school room, our son has come on leaps and bounds. His speech, social skills, colour, shape and number recognition are amazing thanks to the help from Early Days. He looks forward to going each week and has a fantastic relationship with his peers. We will be sad to leave, but grateful for the opportunity we had for our child to get a place here. We cannot thank the staff enough for helping mould our son into the clever, funny, loving little boy he is becoming.

My little boy started here back in September 2022 as a very frightened, anxious and timid little boy. In the last 18 months, we have seen him flourish and he is now becoming a confident, funny and outgoing little boy. He has had issues with his speech and in the last 6 months alone, show what a difference going to this nursery has made with all the help and support they have given him. I would recommend anyone to send their child here. If we had any more, I certainly wouldn't hesitate! Outstanding nursery and amazing practitioners there.

Nursery have been fantastic in supporting not only my child but also myself with issues that have occurred at home. My little girl really enjoys going nursery, they do amazing activities. Since my little girl has been attending nursery she’s grown such an amazing bubbly personality and I honestly believe it’s because of this incredible nursery they allowed her to be herself and you can tell how much she’s adored.

My son is due to finish his adventure with Early Days Nursery as he will be moving to "big school". This place and all the staff are amazing, so much more than I ever hoped for. He's my second child in this setting and would recommend it to anyone. The staff consistently goes above and beyond in supporting children and their families. I'm really thankful to the nursery for supporting my boy in becoming this caring, friendly and kind child.

Great communication from the nursery. They have helped us and done research on my daughter's additional needs which they had never come across before. They have given us the support we needed from day one of her joining the nursery. They are in constant communication with us through the learning diary and verbally and they have supported us with the decisions we have made to help improve our daughter. Although at the moment she is nonverbal due to her additional needs the nursery has referred us to people who can help us, such as speech and language and other professionals to help us to gain more knowledge of our daughter's needs.

Visited Early Days as an option for my daughter and selected it straight away without visiting any other nurseries. After a few difficult months, my daughter finally settled in. The staff are absolutely amazing. Very caring and friendly and always keep you posted with everything you need to know about your child. The best team and nursery I have come across which is why I’ve now decided to leave my daughter here for another year before she starts reception at school.

Amazing nursery the staff are really friendly and welcoming nothing is too much for them to do to help you or your family. They help to settle my son really well and he loves going to nursery, they meet all of his needs, I was particularly worried about him starting nursery because of his dairy allergy but they always provide him with a dairy-free alternative that looks the exact same as everyone else so that he doesn’t feel left out in any way.

Amazing staff and lovely little setup. By far the cleanest and most organised nursery I’ve seen despite many kids and lots of fun messy activities. The staff is extremely professional, polite, and gentle. My toddler was struggling with being away from me for the first time since I started work but is now settling in, making friends, and getting involved in group activities. The administration is also very cooperative and accommodating. Highly recommend Early Days Nursery School.

In the two years my daughter has been at Early Days Nursery School Newcastle her progress has been substantial. All staff are welcoming, friendly, and caring. My daughter has a brilliant relationship with key staff that have helped her personally and educationally. My daughter is due to start reception and the transition support has been amazing. The parents' evening was great and we were able to see her improvement through her work, pictures, and observations. Development was documented and discussed throughout her nursery journey. A variety of activities inside and outside are thoroughly enjoyed and cultural diversity is explored. The planning and involvement staff undertake to provide resources is just amazing and I honestly can’t thank them enough for the phenomenal care they provide.

Our foster child really enjoys his time in this nursery and looks forward with excitement to attend. The staff are absolutely exemplary and their professionalism, patience, and willingness to provide the highest levels of learning and support is awe-inspiring. They have a highly refreshing "can do" attitude to helping his and our needs and I would totally recommend Early Days to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

My daughter has really come out of her shell since starting here about a year ago now! We have never had an issue with the nursery at all! All the staff are so great and go out of their way to help in any way and are full of advice if you ask! So glad I picked this nursery for our daughter, can't wait for our youngest to start next year to watch her flourish too! Great nursery with a family feel.

My child has attended this nursery for 2 years. She’s done nothing but thrive since attending. The nursery staff truly care about your children and their development it is much more than just a job to these lovely ladies. I couldn’t wish for a better nursery for my child and as soon as my son is able to go to nursery he will be going here too! Special thanks to the preschool team for not just allowing my daughter to thrive encouraging her to do well and helping me to be a better parent by helping me understand my child’s behaviour too!

Due to a new job, my very attached son had to start all over again at a new nursery. I was so nervous...by day two he walked in on his own making friends with the staff and the little ones. All the staff are just wonderful they give me and my son so much support and help with anything I need advice on. Not only that my son has been quite delayed in his speech...after two months of being here he's made fantastic progress, he's no longer clinging on to me, he's become independent and learning new things all the time.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and has built fantastic relationships with staff. She has learnt so much and built her confidence due to the amazing activities she engages in at nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

The setting is lovely and clean, and the amount of different recourses for the children to access is really good! The only thing I would say that needs improvements is the outdoor area, but I know that as a setting, they are trying their best in making the outdoor learning on the same level as inside! And from my babies point of view, he has toys to bang on so he doesn't actually care about anything else outside!! Would definitely recommend this nursery.

My little girls have been at early days for 9-months and in that time they have come on so much in their development. The staff at Early Days are always there if we have a question or to chat about our children, my little ladies love it at Early Days and have built up strong bonds with all staff. I feel happy leaving my girls at nursery knowing that they are in a safe, caring and loving environment.

My girls have been attending this nursery 3-times a week for the last 18-months. They were settled in brilliantly and have always gone above and beyond to provide first-class childcare service. They are all so knowledgeable, approachable, caring people and I could not be happier I decided to put my girls here. Throughout infancy, I have had developmental concerns for my youngest daughter, and I cannot tell you the amount of support I have received regarding this. The diagnostic process can be somewhat of a daunting experience, to say the least, but I have never felt alone through it because the manager and the team have done whatever it takes to make me feel that way. I love you all, as you know.

Amazing nursery staff and so lovely. My daughter prefers to go here than the actual school would never send her anywhere else. One lady has been with my daughter since she was three and has been absolutely amazing with her and my little girl loves her to pieces; she is a credit to the nursery and goes above and beyond for the children.

Early Days Newcastle is an excellent nursery, great with the children and the learning. The girls are very loving and caring towards each child. Each member of staff is bubbly and brightens the children’s day up, and the manager is excellent for settling in new staff. I would extremely recommend this nursery.
