Kids Planet Stafford

My son has been attending since March 2024, and I would really recommend this nursery to anyone with little ones! I feel comfortable and relaxed leaving him there while I work, knowing that he will be well cared for. They serve a wide variety of food, as well as snacks throughout the day. My opinions are respected and listened to, and they always support my decisions. My son loves the staff in the room he's in, which is clear to see when we arrive as he holds his arms out to go to them.

My child has enjoyed the last 3 years at Kids Planet. The environment is beautiful, the activities are well planned out and the staff are wonderful. My child has progressed well while at Kids Planet.

My daughter is thriving at this nursery. I'm really grateful for all the fun she has with the messy play sensory activities. Also, they have great use of the app so I'm always up to date on her eating, sleep and nappies.

Amazing nursery, not one bad thing to say. Staff are lovely, nursery is clean, my son has come on so much since starting. His speech, he's interacting with other children, his eating is coming on as he was picky. I also love the little bags of things to do with the children, make insects, make fresh lemonade which they supplied, we are currently making cress. There is a learning book on finding leaves, bugs, flowers, and birds which is a great activity to do with the children. Great nursery overall and I couldn't ask for anything from them.

I have two children at Kids Planet Stafford and they have been attending since 18 months old, until 4 years old they have gained so many friendships from staff and peers. Always a variety of activities and foods for them to try. The communication between parents and staff has massively improved and always a warm good morning. My children love attending and exploring all the recourses available, especially the outdoor area where they have become more confident on bikes scooters and climbing. I would highly recommend it.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff either.

The Ofsted inspection in summer 2023 feels appropriate. This nursery requires improvement. Very high turnover of staff, lack of continuity and poor communications, poor management culture, including not being open to improvements and feedback. The individual members of staff are well-intentioned but the overall culture and lack of stability of the staff undermines the care provided.

Since starting this nursery, my son has achieved so much, starting with his speech. They all take pride in their jobs and have such good relationships with each child that attends.

My daughter attended this wonderful nursery from the age of 6 months and has recently left to go to school. From the very beginning, the staff have gone above and beyond to put me at ease from supporting her to transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding all the way through to preparing her for school. The staff are truly exceptionally gifted in what they do and my little one would not be the confident, clever happy little lady she is today without their constant support and encouragement of both her and me. She is already missing everyone there and all I can say is for any mums who are worried about leaving their little one as I was, they could not be in safer more capable and caring hands. Our journey with them has been so lovely and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you to all of you who looked after my daughter so beautifully.

My son has been with this nursery since he was a baby and has recently left to go to school. From the very beginning, he had a brilliant experience. The staff are truly amazing, supportive and very caring. I felt safe knowing my son was under their care. The activities for the children were brilliant and inclusive. The food was great. They provide a well-balanced and healthy food range and take dietary requirements into consideration! I would recommend this nursery to anyone! Your child will have an amazing experience!

It would be nice to be able to go back to collecting the children from inside the nursery (pre covid) to see them in their learning environment but other than that it's one of the best nurseries in the area.

Amazing nursery, amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble and my daughter loves going! The nursery has such a lovely vibe and, being completely neurotic about sending my daughter to nursery and visiting everyone in the local area, I had an instant calming feeling about here. The staff can't do enough for the children and I feel completely content sending her.

It's a lovely nursery and I am so happy we chose to send him there.

I would recommend this nursery to any parent, it's worth every penny for peace of mind that your child is being left in a loving, caring and nurturing environment!

My son enjoys coming to nursery. The staff take pride in what they do, they are always so supportive and do work with you. My son has come so far since starting nursery. This nursery accommodates all children's needs. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Hands down the best nursery in Stafford. Our daughter loves it so much and has developed so well since attending. The staff are all amazing and friendly. The service is incredible and worth every penny!
