Kids Planet Hixon

My child loves nursery and has been attending for nearly eighteen months. She has had several key workers who have shown outstanding care, attention and love to my child. She had multiple allergies and Hixon Kids Planet have been excellent at managing these allergies, making us feel very comfortable leaving her in safe hands. The facilities have also been improved both indoors and outdoors. My child loves the food, which is catered to her needs, and is offered a vast range of activities, which I love to see updates on. Thank you to all the hardworking members of Hixon Kids Planet!

My sons love attending Kids Planet Hixon. The staff are all so caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The kids do a wide range of interesting activities and my eldest son loves going on outings and taking part in the special events that are put on, such as a summer beach party. They also both enjoy the food provided. As a parent, I've always felt welcome in the nursery and any concerns have always been listened to and addressed. Overall, I'm very happy that my kids attend Kids Planet Hixon.

As a parent, I love the setting and the staff are just brilliant! Always on hand to help, they've particularly been brilliant with helping us potty train our daughter and helping me get my head around the confusing childcare codes! Today for instance, my car broke down outside the nursery and they made me coffee and kept checking on me whilst I waited for the recovery service, they're just fab! It's such a good feeling being able to leave your child, knowing that the staff will look after them as though they were their own, thank you!

I am so happy with how my son is getting on here after moving him at a later stage. He has settled in fast and is really enjoying his time here. He loves the outdoors and is in his element getting to play outside all the time. The biggest contributor to how well he has settled in are the staff. They are all so friendly, welcoming and caring. They take an interest in what goes on outside of nursery and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care they give.

What more can we ask for? The staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of the children and take great interest in the children’s development. Our son has loved interacting with all staff and his friends. He will dearly miss his time at Kids Planet Hixon.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Hixon nursery since she was 10 months old, she is now 3 and a half. She has always been shy, and the team at Hixon have been great at tailoring their care to her needs, building her confidence and making sure she always feels safe and comfortable. They truly do look after your child as if they were looking after their own and we can't thank them enough for this!

Our youngest is currently in Tommy Thumbs. His days are full of fun and his development has come on such a lot with the help of the staff here. They do a lot of creative activities with the children which saves a bit of messy play mess at home, plenty of time spent outside in the garden and lots of reading, singing and dancing amongst plenty of general play time. All the staff are friendly and helpful and we are glad we chose this nursery for our boys.

This has been an amazing nursery for both of our daughters. The staff are fantastic and the nursery has such a welcoming, homely feel. This meant both my daughter's settled very quickly and have really enjoyed going to nursery. They do so many different activities which has helped them learn lots but most importantly has meant they have had so much fun. As a working mum this has meant the world to me. I could not have asked for a better start for them. I would definitely recommend Hixon Kids Planet nursery.

Kids Planet Hixon is an exceptional nursery. Our son has been attending this nursery from an early age and has flourished whilst being there. The staff provide a caring environment for the children and undertakes different activities which develop the children both physically and emotionally. The equipment (toys) provided by the nursery are of natural materials and the children are encouraged to engage with these through the varying activities developing their fine/gross motor skills and language. The staff take pride in the nursery and provide excellent information regarding our child daily, through both written and pictorial updates, we would highly recommend this nursery.

Both my children have attended the nursery and benefited from the excellent care and experience at Kids Planet Hixon. The staff are excellent, with a focus on child-led play helping to develop their interests, their confidence and communication skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Allowing children to be children! Both my children have loved attending and would recommend the nursery to friends and family.
