Footsteps Fradley Nursery & Pre-School

The fact that both of my children are happy and excited to go to nursery highlights how lovely this setting is and how well cared for they both are. There has been a lot of turnover of staff the past year as the nursery has fully transitioned to Footsteps Nursery & Pre School (Fradley) and in difficult times with Covid-19 too. This has been a real shame as my daughters key person has changed a lot more than we would have liked it to. That being said, she has been more than happy with all of her key people and has still grown in confidence and flourished under the Early Years Foundation Stage criteria. Things do seem to be settling now which should help her further. We would certainly recommend the setting to other parents based on all of the above. We also particularly love the amazing outdoor spaces that they have which other settings just can’t compare to and having a Forest School was a key thing we wanted when looking for a nursery. This one is fabulous!

A recent high turnover of staff and various re-structures have been concerning making it difficult for children to build relationships. Not much thought is put into alternative meal options when a child has a food allergy, particularly at tea times.

An amazing nursery. Since starting our little boy has come on leaps and bounds. He loves coming here and gets excited when we tell him he is going to nursery. The staff are fantastic and our little boy has formed some wonderful bonds with the staff in his room. His diary is always filled in with amazing activities showing us just how much fun he has had. We can't wait to watch him continue his journey through the nursery.

When we found Footsteps Nursery & Pre School (Fradley) we were so happy! Amazing nursery with great room seniors. Very happy child. The forest school and extra clubs are good and the focus on each individual baby. Breastfeeding friendly, managed to help us with nap routine too. Love this nursery.

We absolutely love Footsteps Nursery & Pre School (Fradley) and our daughter can't wait to go each morning. She adores her keyworker and the feeling is reciprocated. We couldn't ask for nicer staff or a better quality of care. We've felt safe and welcome since our daughter joined and your efforts during such difficult times are to be commended. Extremely friendly and personable staff who my son has built great relationships with. Fun filled activities, great interaction and a forest school has developed my child no end. Brilliant!

Beautiful nursery and beautiful staff who really care! They go above and beyond - even in the middle of a global pandemic. Would recommend to everyone and anyone. I am so glad I found this beautiful nursery.

The staff will go over and above what is required to ensure they give your child different experiences and encourage parents to share their child's time by hosting stay and play sessions. This not only allows working parents to have the opportunity to observe their child in their daycare environment but it also gives the parents a strong sense of security that their children are being cared for to the highest possible standard. It also demonstrates Animal Crackers staff are proud of their working environment and the service they provide and so they should be.

Fabulous setting and amazing staff!!!!

Our boys have been attending for over 8 weeks now and have settled very well, the staff cannot do enough and genuinely care for all the children I am overwhelmed by just how thoughtful they all are. The fact the children call the staff by the pre fix of Miss or Mr is a lovely touch.

Our 3 year old just loves his "nursery girls" and chatters about them all the time at home telling us all about going out and about and of course the fact he has seconds or thirds at lunch/ tea time!

School club- lots of different activities including playing in the barn! Our eldest son does not want to come home before 6 pm he enjoys it that much!!

The Admin Officer and the Manager are great assets, keeping me right with update emails and newsletters....I am a big fan of Animal Crackers and can now go to work and not worry about our little monkeys! Thank you so much Animal Crackers for making a change of nursery/ school club so effortless. Keep up the great work!!!
