Blue Giraffe Nursery & Preschool

I recommend this nursery highly, both my daughters attended and flourished during their time at blue giraffe. This nursery supported them to reach key milestones with ease and prepared them to be ready for school. On a personal level the nursery has supported the family through flexibility and offering emergency childcare at very short notice.

My daughter started at blue giraffe at 7 and a half months old. She settled in straight away and always has a smile for the staff that look after her. The detailed handovers at the end of the day always put me at ease and the staff always make me feel like they've got all the time to have a chat whenever i need to talk to them. I always look forward to seeing the photos of my daughter in action, seeing what she's been playing with or creating. I look forward to seeing her grow within the blue giraffe community!

My daughter attends this nursery the staff are very polite professional and caring they have so much stuff for children to learn and play they also have nice meals my daughter is happy everyday to go to pre-school and a big smile when I collect them

Blue Giraffe Childcare is an outstanding nursery, my little girl really enjoys attending. All the staff are brilliant with the children and attend to every need. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Daily feedback is given at the end of each day which is very detailed, activities and golden moments are also uploaded onto the app for parents throughout the day which gives parents more of an insight into their child's day which is lovely. My daughter was very shy and quiet when she first attended and they have done amazing with her. She has really opened up, becoming more chatty and really shown her own little personality. Communication between staff and parents is good, in either phone calls, email and on the app. My little girl really enjoys her days spent at nursery, loves all the staff and I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

My daughter has been attending Blue Giraffe nursery since she was eight months old. The staff are lovely and give amazing feedback at the end of the day. I receive a daily diary of what my daughter does while she is at nursery. Also, I receive pictures of her day during activities which are lovely to see when I’m away from her during her time at nursery. Definitely worth the money, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Blue Giraffe are an outstanding nursery. From the moment my children started, I felt welcomed. All the staff have the utmost care for every single child within the nursery. Since my eldest started in preschool back in December 2022, myself and my son have been supported every single day he attends regarding his potential SEN needs. Nothing is ever too much to ask! We love Blue Giraffe Childcare. Our son has been here for 6 months and absolutely loves coming to nursery! The staff are very friendly and attentive and offer so many opportunities for our little one to play and grow.

My little girl has been attending this nursery since 2020 and will be leaving for school in July. The staff here are outstanding and go above and beyond for the children. The family workshops are a real hit for us. We love to be involved in our child's day at nursery where possible.

Can't thank all the staff enough for settling my daughter in so well at the nursery. My daughter has such a special bond with her key worker and is so excited to go to nursery. Very focused on helping my child to develop and hit his milestones. They communicate well with me and always keep me up to date with everything. My child is very happy here. Would recommend to everyone who was looking for a great nursery to come here.

Fantastic team who go above and beyond to help with any issues or worries. I am always kept well informed of her progression whilst in their care, either via their interactive parent app, phone calls or in person. My little one and I are regularly invited to attend beautifully organised social events, celebrations and workshops throughout the term; which are a great way of meeting staff, other parents and their children. Managers are warm, welcoming and attentive to detail (which doesn't go unnoticed!) My daughter is now in preschool and has made strong bonds with both her caregivers (especially one in particular, whom she adores) and her peers. She loves her regular outings to the park, the care home and to the library! My little human is happy and safe and I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough..... We love it! Blue Giraffe is an amazing nursery with lovely staff. My son loves going to nursery so much and talks about it all the time at home. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone.

Blue Giraffe Childcare is fantastic and so supportive of individual children. They tailor care to individuals. When my son was having a hard time due to the arrival of a new sibling they were a huge support to the whole family, particularly him. Through patience and exceptional care, he has settled well into life with a sibling. The staff are hard-working, imaginative and caring and no two days are the same. The links with local communities, particularly the care home, have really boosted my child's experience. Every week they are making changes or improvements to different areas, even after receiving their outstanding they continue to develop the nursery and its facilities.

My three-year-old twins really love attending preschool. They are always busy exploring real-life situations such as looking for and learning about snails, understanding diversity in our community and excellent communication activities. I have also been impressed with all the parent workshops that they offer which allow us to have a great insight into their preschool experience. All the staff are friendly, polite and know the children well. They take the children into the community such as a walk to the shop, the park and spending time with residents at a local care home.

Amazing day nursery that my child has attended. Supported him amazingly as he was attending. Amazing communication between staff and parents. Amazing service with lots of regular updates on how my child has done and what they've been doing in the day.

My son has been attending this nursery from the age of 3 months old. The manager and her team are absolutely fantastic with taking good care of my boy with regular updates throughout the day via an app, also with lots of activities for the children to help them build the skills they’ll need at an early age. The staff are very friendly and always have time for each child and give excellent feedback at pick up time of the child’s day. Great value for money, great location and overall a fantastic nursery for your child to attend!

My son has been here just under a year but he absolutely loves it. He comes home happy (and tired!). Doesn't want to leave. The staff are wonderful they are all happy all the time and have lots to say about his day and fill me in on what they have been up to. I feel confident sending him there and he will be there till he's too old to attend! Great place, would recommend to everyone.

From day one all members of staff surprised me with their welcoming attitude. My children have had struggles in the past to get used to the nursery environment, but thanks to the engaging staff, my kids love to go to nursery. Going to the nursery is no longer an issue for us, the opposite on the days we can't go, they get even a bit sad that they are not able to play with their friends and tell the nursery staff their stories and ideas, or just tease them.

My daughter went to after school club here and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. I found the staff polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic as well as engaging effectively with all of the children to make them feel comfortable and at ease. They were able to explain and demonstrate a thorough understanding of SEN and safeguarding expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

My child has been attending Blue Giraffe since January 2022. We are extremely happy with the overall service of Blue Giraffe and I feel completely satisfied that my child is happy and content. I would recommend Blue Giraffe to other families of Droitwich, especially those who wish for a family-centred approach.
