Tiny Toez @ Lords and Ladies

My daughter is 2, has only been at Tiny Toez for a short time however her development since being there has been amazing! She absolutely loves it there. The staff are always happy to help and go above and beyond to ensure the children's needs are met. She also was a very picky eater before attending however we have noticed that since she started her eating habits have become much better - she loves lunch at nursery now!

My child has been attending this nursery for over a year now, starting when he was 9 months old and he loves it! His development and learning has continued to go from strength to strength! The staff at Tiny Toez provide my son with endless care and support. I often can be a helicopter parent who is controlling and expects the highest level of care for my son. Because of the nursery's high standards and rapid communication my worries or questions are easily put at ease and solutions created. The management run a tight ship and this is reflected in how organised and clean the nursery is. I often recommend the nursery to other parents looking for childcare for their children.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, my daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery, the staff are so lovely and friendly and treat my little girl so well. I really struggle to get my little girl to eat different foods and when I pick her up from nursery they tell me she's had a great healthy meal which I know she probably wouldn't try at home. I was really worried when she first started but they were so reassuring and made me feel so relaxed even on the days where I was leaving and she was in tears. Throughout the day I get updates about what my daughter is doing and learning, I've had some lovely pictures and videos. Thank you ladies for looking after my girl I appreciate the help and support you've given us.

My little girl has attended for a few years now. She has come so far in terms of development. The staff have helped and supported her in many ways and she has come on so much especially with her speech. She always tells me about the fun activities they do and brings lots of things home of what they have made that day. Lovely staff and a lovely nursery!

All 3 of my girls have gone to Tiny Toez and I couldn't imagine putting them anywhere else. 10 years on and I've gotten to know the staff so well, and they're all wonderful people and put so much care and dedication in daily. 100% recommend. It's a hard job to do, and they all deserve recognition for the amazing work they put in.

The staff, especially the management, are very friendly and professional. I know my son is in good hands!

My little boy started at Tiny Toez in March 2022 at 9 months old. As any parent, leaving your first baby in the hands of someone else to go back to work is daunting, but I cannot fault the staff/setting at Tiny Toez; it's such a welcoming place and my son absolutely loves it! It's definitely had a positive impact on his learning and development. I would 100% recommend it to anyone, and if I am lucky enough to have another baby, I wouldn't even think about sending them anywhere else!

Cannot rate this nursery highly enough! Both of my girls now attend Tiny Toez, the first has been there since she was around 9 months old (now almost 4) the second now 7 months has just started, the staff are fantastic, and the activities they do with the children are fantastic - overall just brilliant! So grateful I was able to secure a place for my second daughter! I cannot give it a high enough rating honestly, all the girls are brilliant and all fantastic with the children! Both girls are absolutely thriving and it's thanks to Tiny Toez, just outstanding! The management I must give them a mention, they are just amazing. They are always so helpful, and they always do their best! The nursery wouldn't be what it is without the management, well run and well organised. Can't thank the whole team enough for their hard work all year round.

Our little boy started at Tiny Toez when he was 14 months, when he had never been left with anyone other than his parents. The staff helped settle him in really quickly, and reassured us along the way. 10 months on and he has so much confidence in being with others and playing with other children. He loves his time at nursery and quite often we find it difficult to get him to leave at the end of his day! We really appreciate all the hard work that the staff put into doing such a variety of activities with the babies and children to help develop their sensory exploration and learning. Also the communication with parents is excellent.

My little boy started here in October 23 barely being able to say one word or be in the same room as other children, Tiny Toez over the last 8 months has really helped him flourish, they've listened to me as a parent and supported me throughout this whole process. I could not have asked for a better staff, I have always felt my child is in the safest hands possible. They really are amazing every single member. Thank you for getting my little boy ready for big school in September.

Both my boys are at Tiny Toez and have been since they were 9 months old, I honestly can't fault the way they care for my boys. Both my boys love coming to the nursery and I honestly wouldn't send them anywhere else.

Tiny Toez Stourport is absolutely amazing. This is the 2nd child I've sent to them and will be sending my other child come the new year, they can't do enough for your children's needs, always happy and polite I wouldn't use anywhere else. 100% recommend.

My daughter has been full-time with Tiny Toez since she was 8 months old, and I don't know what I'm going to do when she leaves for school this year. The nursery has been instrumental in her care and success right from when we got the diagnosis of her disability before she was even born. From adaptations to the nursery setting to staff researching (in their own time and of their own accord) for ways to help her be independent/potty train more easily/ take part in activities when she physically can't do it the same way as other children, to support for us as parents; the love and care they have shown us all has been something we could never even have hoped for. The setting is clean; the staff are friendly, caring, supportive, accepting, encouraging and professional; they encourage a healthy lifestyle and they help start children off with the building blocks ready for school in a tailored way for each child. We cannot praise this nursery highly enough and are so grateful to them.

Can't wait for the second day to start in September highly recommend your child attend this nursery. Eating so much better with the great menu too.

My child is always happy to go to nursery and is always happy on collection as she has had great fun. They are always changing things up and doing creative and fun things to do with them. The staff are lovely, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and always welcoming. I really like the fingerprint entry system for collection, as I get to see my child playing with her friends without her seeing me first. The sign of a fantastic nursery is being able to walk in at any time of the day (via the fingerprint reader) and see what the children and staff are enjoying playing, making and doing. Highly recommend this nursery, my child has attended it for 2 years.

Such a lovely little nursery with amazing staff! My daughter loves going in and I just know she feels so comfortable and happy with all the staff members and is well cared for. She never has any fuss about being dropped off and left which is how I know she enjoys being there. She tries new foods and has lots of playtime and activities. My only downside is that I wish the app was better with updates and more pictures were supplied but I understand the staff are busy making the most of the day with the kiddos.

My son started Tiny Toez Lords and Ladies when he was 10 months old, he had really struggled to settle at first and the staff were amazing with setting up a plan with us to work out the best way to make his experience smooth and calm, he has been there for 5 months now and instead of becoming really upset at drop off he now gets excited when we pull up on the driveway. The communication from staff is amazing, they update us with everything throughout the day using their app, my son is doing lots of interactive activities whilst he's there and the meals offered to him are always healthy, nutritional and exciting. We honestly could not fault this nursery, his key worker is amazing and everyone we meet is friendly and warm and I know he's in the best hands which is so lovely when you have to leave your babies to work. Would 1000% recommend this nursery to friends and family.

You can just tell when the staff care about the children and the environment they are in, and this nursery has lots of staff who are just that. They take pride in their work which is great. Thank you for all you guys do, and thank you for helping my child be the best they can be.
