Cotton Tails Too at Rubery

My son currently attends Cotton Tails in the baby room and I must say it is a superb nursery. They have a range of activities and my son really enjoys it here. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. They provide a variety of meals that are healthy. I have never had any issues since my son started.

My son joined this nursery in Baby Room and couldn't have asked for anywhere better. It's so hard to find somewhere to send your child when it's time to go back to work but as soon as I walked in I felt at ease there was such a lovely atmosphere. As soon as I had finished looking around I knew this was the nursery for me. The girls do such a brilliant job and are so friendly and I know my son is well looked after its like home from home. I would recommend this nursery to everyone

Such a welcoming and friendly nursery. Staff are all very warming and I feel very comfortable leaving my son here.

My now 10 month old started in March. The nursery have worked with me on how to wean my child as we did have a few obstacles in the way. The nursery gave me very good advice.

We only attend twice a week and the staff always ask how my son has been, they also like to receive photos of his days out with family so they can add to his nursery book.

If any problems occur whilst my son is at nursery in the day, they always phone me and ask before they take further action. I always receive a handover at the end of the day.

My daughter has been attending Cotton Tails Too for a little while now and the care she receives is excellent. The staff plan a wide range of activities and I love collecting her artwork from her basket. Nothing is too much trouble, the nursery have even cooked special meals for my fussy eater. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My son joined the nursery roughly 6/7 months ago and he absolutely loves it. He has developed so much and is constantly learning new things. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I would recommend Cotton Tails Too to anyone. My sons always happy when I pick him up and enjoys all the activities they do when hes there. Staff are great and nursery do a really good job, thank you all

I'm very glad I chose Cotton Tails as a nursery, I know my son is very well cared for when I'm at work.

I am very happy with the care provided by Cotton Tails Too. All 3 of my children have attended the setting and have always enjoyed their time with both the carers and their friends. When my first child started the nursery at 2 years old, she had previously attended a nursery and a childminder both of which sadly became unsuitable. I wanted to find a nursery where I'd be happy to send my other children and thankfully Cotton Tails Too proved to be an excellent childcare provider and 5 years later still proves to be a good setting for my family. I have one child now attending the nursery and she never complains about going in to nursery. The activities that carers provide at the nursery are always fun and creative, enabling my child to develop a multitude of skills and to grow in confidence. The staff are always approachable, friendly and are always accommodating. A big thank you to the carers that go above and beyond when caring for our children! x

I recommend Cotton Tails Too to anyone. They are a good nursery. My eldest daughter came here and she loved going. She loved all the staff and they are very friendly and they care for the children really well. Couldn't fault them one bit. Now I'm sending my youngest daughter who is starting Cotton Tails Too and I can not wait for her to meet all the girls and have so much fun with them like my eldest daughter did. I definitely would recommend this nursery.

Absolutely couldn't recommend more!! The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful my little boy loves the nursery so much that even now 5 months into a mainstream school nursery he cries to back to Cotton Tails Too most school runs.

I have sent both my children (who are now 6 and 9) and currently about to send my third without hesitation. My children have amazing memories of nursery and staff always were always extremely kind and caring. Always felt it was 'a home from home'. A lovely feeling to go to work and know they will get everything they need and more.

Amazing staff. Will go above and beyond, helped us out on many occasions, flexible within reason. Even had my daughter (who wasn't on the books) when my wife locked herself out in the winter until I got home to let them in. My daughter will, without a doubt, be going here when the time comes.

Such an amazing nursery. My eldest girl has been going for over 18 months now and loves every day and my youngest daughter has just started. Never worried about leaving them there as I know what good hands they are in! Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone!

I couldn't recommend this nursery any higher, absolutely amazing! The environment is so welcoming for children, my daughter loves it there, they are united like a family. All children in there are happy and well looked after, my daughter has come along so well from going there. Nothing but good things to say :)

My son has attended the nursery since the baby room. He absolutely loves it and the staff are amazing at knowing what he wants and know each child's personality and how to deal with them. The staff put me completely at ease when having to leave him and was happy for me to ring whenever I wanted to check how he had settled. I always got to speak to his key worker and have never been falsely reassured which has genuinely meant a lot to me. I love getting regular updates to show how he's progressing and meeting his targets. I'm glad I chose this nursery for our baby. Staff are friendly, caring and my child always comes home well fed, well look after and happy.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9-months-old. He has grown into a clever, polite, caring young boy. This is partly due to the staff and facilities at this amazing nursery. The care they provide for these young people is second to none.

My daughter attended Cotton Tails Too for three and a half years and they were the most lovely three and a half years we had. She started at nine months old and left at four years old!!! The girls are absolutely fantastic the quality of care they have for the children is wonderful!!!. Such friendly caring staff always felt very welcome and very involved!!.. The Manager and the girls provide such wonderful interaction with the children and parents. My daughter loved every moment in her nursery and I did too!!. 5-star nursery in my eyes they make every moment magical!!! and I will always be grateful for all they did for her. She loved you all very much and you will continue to be in her memories for life.
