My daughter has been attending the nursery for a while now, staff are caring, friendly and easily approachable. The nursery provides brilliant extra circular activities, such as coach callum, music sessions and makaton. My daughter is always very happy to attend nursery, and has a brilliant relationship with the staff members who work within the nursery. could not recommend this nursery enough!
Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review
The nursery aim to keep parents involved as much as they can and queries are addressed immediately. They are very supportive towards parents too, I have loved watching my little one grow in safe hands and flourish.
Oakley loves coach Callum and has a special spot for Taylor.
Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone
This nursery is absolutely fantastic. My daughter has thrived so much since being here. She loves going to nursery and constantly talks about the staff there. We get updates through an app which tells us what our daughter is doing throughout the day as well as food, sleep and nappy changes. I can't praise this place enough and will 100% recommend this nursery to everyone.
Such a wonderful nursery. Staff we'd never met knew our son by name on day one which really highlighted how much attention they pay. We know he's safe and so well looked after, it's honestly an amazing place. The transition made sure our little one settled well and the nursery made us feel so at ease as new parents going through it for the first time. Our boy adores his key worker and so do we!
Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review
The all team are warm, attentive, and clearly know the children well.
Entry system is secure, sign-in/out is well managed, and rooms are clean and child-friendly.
Lots of creative, messy, and outdoor activities that support development rather than just passive play.
We have daily updates on mobile app about meals, naps, and activities are helpful and keeps us involved.
Bright, well-organised rooms with a good range of toys and learning resources
I'm always confident whenever dropping my son off on his nursery days, I know that he's going to have the best day, he loves Little Sunflowers !!
Our little boy has attended Little Sunflowers since he was 9 months old and is a thriving 2 year old now. Little Sunflowers have nurtured him and taken time to get to know him and his interests including doing activities they know he'll enjoy. The whole team are incredibly welcoming and the personal welcomes and chats at the door mean it feels much like you're leaving your child with family members. All staff know the children by name which for me, is an incredibly personal touch. There's lots of opportunities for parents to go in for stay and plays, Mother's Day and Father's Day just to name a few. The outside sports coach has been a big hit also with our little boy. If you're looking for a nursery which puts the children first and has staff that genuinely care about the children in their care, then I would highly recommend Little Sunflowers
The nursery has a lovely feel and you can tell that the staff really care about the children they look after. His development has come on leaps and bounds and and he goes in with a smile on his face every day.
The activities they put on for the children are brilliant too, he loved the baby spa!
All three of our children have been to Little Sunflowers Nursery, with our first starting in 2018 and our youngest starting in Jan 2026. We cannot fault the support all three of our children have had during their time at Little Sunflowers. The love, care and support has been outstanding allowing all three of our children to thrive and develop. Even now when our oldest two go to pick up our youngest staff greet them by name and ask how they are. That attention and care is what separates Little Sunflowers from other nurseries, I would wholeheartedly recommend Little Sunflowers to anyone as a nursery provider.
The environment is spacious and the activities provided are engaging, carefully planned and exciting! Would definitely recommend this nursery!
Highly recommend to any parents in the area.
Both of my children have attended sunflowers. They have loved their time spent there and come home telling me all about their day. Recently with the addition of coach Callum and Emily the music lady, the children have lots more opportunities to develop their skills. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and so warm with the children as well as patient. They put the childrens' needs first and help them develop their inquisitive little minds. Hats off to the team at Sunflowers! And thank you for all that you do!
Our son started with Little Sunflowers recently and has transitioned incredibly thanks to the amazing team here! He loves going to nursery and we feel so confident in all the staff, they have been nothing short of amazing! Kind, caring and friendly, it's no surprise our son is absolutely thriving, the only challenge is getting him to leave because he's having so much fun
My son has been attending for around 5 months and absolutely loves it. I feel confident he's in safe hands. I'm well informed about everything using the parents app, phone calls if any concerns etc and to up to date on all weekly activities and learning aims. It genuinely feels a welcoming place to be with lovely, caring nursery staff . Thank you to everyone for all your hard work. Brody's mom x
My daughter enrolled into Little Sunflowers this year and from the first day they are welcoming and friendly with her. They have loads of activities which they do on a daily basis by having music teacher and sports coach coming in for the kids, which my daughter loves. They have a variety of different foods they offer aswell lots of different rooms for the kids which they can play in along with a big open garden. Her key worker (Paige) is lovely and welcoming when first introduced to my daughter she is fantastic with giving us daily updates on what she ate and did for the day. My daughter loves her along with the rest of the staff. Little Sunflowers are always warm, friendly and genuinely care for the kids. Really happy with them :)
The staff are outstanding: kind, patient, attentive, and truly invested in each child as an individual. From the very beginning, they made the transition feel smooth and reassuring, not just for my son but for me as a parent too. It's so clear how much care, thought, and love goes into everything they do.
The environment is warm, nurturing, and engaging, and I always feel confident knowing my son is safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Communication has been excellent, and it's obvious the team really takes the time to understand each child's needs.
Choosing Sunflower Nursery has been one of the best decisions we've made. I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team for the positive impact they've had on my son - highly recommend!
When my daughter joined in September 2025 I was surprised at how quickly she settled there. She built good relationships with the staff and has been happy to go into nursery every time. The updates via the app are detailed and regular. The communication and energy as a whole is great from all of the staff. The activities are very thought out and planned to encourage play based learning. The involvement that is encouraged of parents and siblings with events etc is also very lovely.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review.
All of the staff are so committed, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always on hand to aid his development. There are so many special activities organised, way more than prior experience.
Daily feedback, encouragement, love and support means we're thrilled with his progress and will be so sad to see him leave when the time comes for reception.
