My daughter and son have both attended robins nest nursery and I cannot recommend this nursery enough, the staff are amazing and have been amazing with both my daughter when she was there and now with my son, the setting is amazing and they're so kind and nurturing to the children that attend the setting! I would recommend this nursery to anyone that asks about nursery's living in the area and even outside the area. The staff are very supportive with potty training my daughter started this setting in nappies and by the time she left she was in pants and dry throughout the day and night and they're brilliant with my son in potty training too.

My son has been attending this nursery since September 2025, when I first sent him in he was shy, fussy eater and struggling to say words. We are now a year later and my son will eat or try anything in front of him, makes friends everywhere he does and speak short sentences and I put this down to the nursery and working with him at home. The staff are attentive and treat him like he is their own. They answer every question I have and listen if I ever have concerns. I cannot praise them enough! My youngest son has just started to attend and I cannot wait to see the little personality burst from him

Our son has been attending robin's nest for 3 years. We have never had any serious issues. The staff are approachable, patient, kind and listen well. If they aren't sure of something, they will always check in with superiors/other staff and get back to you quickly. The food has improved...
Our son has been attending robin's nest for 3 years. We have never had any serious issues. The staff are approachable, patient, kind and listen well. If they aren't sure of something, they will always check in with superiors/other staff and get back to you quickly. The food has improved nutritionally over the years, following the government guidelines. I would personally prefer less sugary "dessert/pudding" and more fruit and yogurt as the seconds after lunch, but as he's not there often I don't worry too much.
They are upfront about what's needed in the bag, and costs, and when they take the children for little trips out.
The app updates are more regular nowadays than when he first joined. It was difficult when he was little and we didn't know what he'd eaten or if he'd slept, so we appreciate this is more consistent now.
We are glad the garden space is slowly improving too.

My review is from September 2025 onwards, the first day my child went to this nursery they were so welcoming, the staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond, my child has come such a long way since joining Robin's nest and always comes out with a smile and lots to tell me what she has done, the staff are very supportive of the children and always have my child's best interests at heart. Robins Nest are a brilliant nursery, the staff are so lovely and nothing it too much trouble to accommodate. My daughter has additional needs and they have gone above and beyond to support her and meet with me regularly to discuss her goals and progress. They have assisted with referring her to relevant services and guiding me through these steps. My daughter loves going and I feel so comfortable knowing she is cared for so well - she comes home covered in dirt, paint or glitter and I know she has had a great day!

My daughter attended robins nest nursery from the age of 1 year old until she left end of August 2026 to start school in September 2026.
From the beginning she had been well looked after, every staff member she has interacted with have all been fantastic and throughout the stages of her moving through the 3 different rooms as she got older.
All the rooms are spacious and have amble items for the children to play and learn with. The outside space was always a favourite for my daughter!
The respect and dedication from all staff has always been above and beyond and I cannot thank them all enough for the way they looked after my daughter during her time there.

Just overall this nursery is amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, my little boy absolutely loves going to nursery which tells you all you need to know about the nursery! My little boy was at 31 weeks and he was very behind on his physical development, he is now nearly 3 and you would never think that 2 years ago he couldn't walk or crawl honestly believe that because of Robins nest he was able to watch and learn from other children and the staff being so understanding. They are just amazing!

They listened to all of my concerns at the beginning as a nervous mom putting their child into nursery and reassured me every step of the way, and still do! The staff are caring compassionate and really care about the children in their care. My son absolutely loves it here especially the food! The menu has a wide variety each week and he loves it

My little girl absolutely loves attending this nursery. She has settled in so well and is always excited to go in each morning. She has made some lovely friends, and it has been so nice to see her confidence and social skills grow.
The staff are caring, friendly and genuinely take the time to get to know every child. The activities are always engaging, and I love receiving updates about what she has been doing during the day.
I feel completely reassured knowing she is happy and well cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you do.
