First Steps Nursery Solihull

My daughter attended this nursery and could not wait to go each day, she was so happy there! Shame she had to go to school. The team provide an outstanding personal service where you know that all of your child’s needs are being met and this is achieved in a happy and safe environment. The resources and equipment available are second to none and well looked after, and the variety of activities the children have the opportunity to be involved with are outstanding. The children here build excellent relationships with each other and there is a strong emphasis on encouraging the children to be fit, healthy, and well behaved! As parents, we would definitely recommend First Steps Nursery.

Both of my children go here and I would highly recommend it. All the staff are lovely and really professional. My kids love it here and my eldest will be sad to leave in September when he starts school.

I highly recommend this nursery. The staff are always very friendly and my first child has enjoyed going there. Looking forward to sending my second child there when I go back to work.

My 2-year-old son has started here and they have worked very hard, as he can cry as I leave him. The staff are patient and kind, which is a relief for me, knowing I am leaving him in good hands. They always do lots of activities and events, and although he is too young to tell me, I see how it makes him play more creatively.

Can't talk highly enough about this nursery especially the staff. Both my daughters (eldest now at school, youngest still at nursery) have been with First Steps since the age of 9 months. The attention given to their individual development, warmth, care and most of all fun has been absolutely second to none. Like a home from home, extended family. I love hearing what the kids have been up to during the day, and love getting involved with the activities at home. Didn't even consider swapping my eldest into school nursery when the time came. Won't with my youngest. I have absolute confidence in the team which means I can go to work knowing my babies are in good hands.

My experience of First Steps has been fantastic, I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. My daughter went here and had the best time, she made amazing progress both academically and socially. My son currently attends First Steps and smiles as soon as he goes through the door. The staff are so welcoming and supportive and the environment is warm, nurturing and stimulating for the children.
