We visited ten different nurseries in the local area prior to choosing Mini Monkeys for our baby boy to attend. We are so pleased with our decision. My maternity leave ended in March 2020, just when the COVID outbreak was getting scary. Such a stressful time for everybody, but the staff were great.
They put precautions in place to keep it safe for everybody and we were confident that they would keep our baby as safe as possible. He settled in so well, and the staff were great with helping settle our anxiety’s too. We only had tears in the first week, since then he is all smiles as we walk up to the door. He happily puts his arms out to the staff, and when we pick him up he’s still just as happy. We get updates on the tapestry app as well as when we collect him. There are lots of things we love about Mini Monkeys but most important to us is that you can see that the staff genuinely care about and enjoy spending time with our baby boy. An added bonus is that they’re flexible with days too.
