Howley Grange Kindergarten

My son has been going to Howley Grange Kindergarten since he was 8 months old, he’s now 2. He loves it there. The staff are absolutely brilliant. He definitely considers it a second home, so much so that I have quite a battle on my hands most Saturday mornings when he gets told he’s not going to nursery. I’m very thankful that he’s so happy and well looked after, and it made my return to work so much easier!

My son loves the team and we are so going to miss the kindergarten. If you want to have really focused care, support and tailored learning for your child in their early years Howley Grange Kindergarten is the place to choose.

Since my daughter has been attending nursery here her vocabulary and personality has really grown. The staff are always approachable and communicate daily on the progress of my child. I couldn’t ask for any more reassurance, they update me on daily activities and the food my daughter is eating. They are absolutely amazing I couldn’t ask for a better establishment for my child’s learning - they relate to different topics weekly.

My daughter really enjoys going to nursery here she has made lovely friends, and really likes her teachers. She’s been happy here and gets really excited when I say it’s time for nursery which is a really good sign.

The fact that my child happily trots up the ramp to get in speaks volumes about how he feels about it! Always have a friendly staff member to meet him. Enjoys the activities and with the app I can keep up to date during the day with what he's up to!

My daughter has been to Howley Grange Kindergarten since she was 1 through to starting school. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time there and I have had no problems or complaints whatsoever. All the staff are lovely and I will be very sad for her to leave.

A very small age to almost 5 and have even supported a very structured and planned transition to school club too! Could not be happier! Thank you!

My little boy started at Howley Grange Kindergarten when he was very young and from the very beginning the staff made him feel very welcome even when he struggled to settle in after being a lockdown baby. They were very patient and caring towards him. I’ve seen him come on so much since attending nursery back in March 2021 and we really do appreciate all the staff who have helped him throughout and for giving him the best care possible and for helping him to become the clever little one he is. I would recommend this nursery to anybody as I’ve found it to be such a lovely place with such great staff. Thank you all again.

I was very nervous about returning to work and my daughter was very clingy at the time. With the settling in period and the constant communication with staff when picking my daughter up, we soon realised it was the best decision we ever made! The nursery care about the children and it shows. Our daughter has enjoyed every minute of nursery and gets on well with both the children and the staff. They were supportive when we potty trained our daughter and they've taught her things I would never think of myself. She is no longer clingy but instead a confident, clever little girl who loves to socialise and learn. I credit the nursery with us not having to worry about our daughter going to school this year. I'm so thankful they have been a part of her journey. They say it takes a village and I strongly believe they are part of ours. Cannot recommend them enough!

My child has attended Howley Grange Kindergarten for 2 years and has been so happy to go into nursery every day. Not only are the staff professional, nurturing and caring, but they have helped prepare my child for school, learning letters, numbers, all about the world, lots of crafts and creative learning, and daily outdoor learning. The nursery have helped my child become a confident, independent learner and nothing was too much trouble for the amazing team of staff. We will be sad to say goodbye to the nursery but are so grateful for the fantastic experience we have had with them. I will certainly be recommending this nursery to family and friends.

My child has been attending this nursery/pre-school since September 2021. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time here and the girls have helped build his confidence and helped him develop all his skills. The girls have all been amazing and lovely to speak to over this Year. We will be sad to be saying goodbye as he leaves for school. He has made some lovely friends too. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My child has attended this nursery since April 2021 and has only ever come home happy and excited to go the next day. All the staff are welcoming, kind, friendly and treat all the children there with love and compassion as anyone would want for their child. I cannot fault the staff at Howley Grange Kindergarten and would like to applaud them in everything they do to keep our children happy, healthy and well looked after. Will be recommending the nursery to all friends and family as well as sending any future children of my own.

What can I say, this is a fabulous nursery which my daughter has loved attending since she was 9 months old. She started as a baby who not only never been left but was put into the care of “strangers” to her. The staff were so calm, patient, consistent, and knew exactly what to do to help her settle in and reassure her that everything was ok. Fast forward 3 years she can’t wait to leave the house to see her friends and all of the staff. She has formed a special bond with all of the staff who she absolutely adores. She has learnt so much through various activities, lessons, and play. We will both miss going to nursery but we know that they have got her ready for the next stage in her life, big school.

My twin boys took a little while to settle at nursery as only went 1 day a week, the staff really invested their time and patience to help settle the boys in, they absolutely love it now and I can see how much they have grown and being in this nursery has really helped shape the people they are turning into. It’s a shame we have to leave when they are so happy but it’s time for their next chapter, the boys will miss the nursery, staff and their little mates.

So glad we found this nursery. Would 100% recommended!

My daughter settled in really well and quickly here. She's made some lovely friends and the staff are really caring. I felt at ease leaving her, knowing she was in safe hands. I found other nurseries couldn't accommodate around my working hours. Howley Grange was brilliant and allowed me to choose the hours to suit me. I feel really sad that my daughter is leaving here to start school, but thank you for making her time here enjoyable. You will all be missed.

My twins went here and absolutely loved it, they loved the staff and developed massively whilst in the care of the Howley Grange Kindergarten team. They will miss them so much, I couldn’t recommend it enough this kindergarten is the best. Thank you for supporting, looking after and taking care of my boys.

Both my daughters attended and still attends the Kindergarten and both joined when they were only 8 months old. The facilities cater for all children and consists of a full range of interactive and accessible resources to stretch the children. As a parent of two daughters, I wanted them both to attend preschool where I felt there was trust and peace of mind also and this was the one! My 6-year-old had learnt so much whilst she was there that when she joined Reception, she was quite advanced. Her social skills, general etiquettes and her love for learning were very noticeable. The after school facilities are enjoyable too and extremely convenient for us parents who work full time. The staff are friendly, qualified and very understanding too. My 3-year-old who is currently there also loves attending and really enjoys the food provided daily. I have never had a problem and have never looked back. They both have made great friends by attending Kindergarten.
