Our son started nursery at Kids Planet Halesown when he was around a year old in 2022. Since day one, everyone at this place has always been friendly and supportive. Now he's nearly four years old and ready to start his journey at his primary school. I would just like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you do all the support and help provided to our son throughout the years. All the very best!

I couldn't be happier with my expereince here. The staff are all wonderful and genuinely care about every single child. They are deeply committed and take on all feedback and respect parents' wishes. They work very hard to create a stimulating and fun environment with kindness at its heart. I can't recommend it enough.

My child has attended Kids Planet through each of the age-related class groups - babies, toddlers, rising threes and preschool. In all classes, I have found the staff to be genuinely caring and supportive of my child's needs. The nursery do a brilliant job in developing an age-appropriate itinerary of activities each day. The team keep me informed of how my child is progressing through daily updates on the parent app as well as always taking the time to speak in person at drop-off and collection time. My child loves going to nursery here which is the ultimate endorsement.

We can't thank Kids Planet enough, everyone is friendly and helpful. They have made this experience so smooth for us as parents and our child. What a great team!

We are extremely impressed with all of the staff in baby room. They all show care and compassion and I can see that my child loves coming here. His speaking and listening has improved immensely and all of the activities planned help him develop constantly. I feel so happy and comfortable leaving my child here. Nursery are great at doing activities that are helping her to develop and meet her milestones, but what I love the most is that the staff in her room are all so caring and nurturing. I can tell she genuinely seems to feel safe and loved when she’s in their care. I can go to work feeling confident that she’s happy.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since Sept 2022, she settled in very quickly and always seems happy to go in. When collected, she is happy and comfortable in the setting. The team are always comforting and if we have any questions, they are happy to answer and give time to explain. Via the app, we can see she is given lots of different opportunities to learn and play. And are kept updated on her day. Thank you for looking after our precious child with such care.

What a fantastic nursery! I have had my children attending here for 5 years and I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. The staff are amazing - so friendly and nurturing. The nursery itself is always clean and well looked after. The food is varied and my kids have never complained. I feel sad that we won’t attend again. Thank you all so much for being part of my children's childhood and helping to shape them into the kids they are today.

My son is in the baby room and the staff are all so lovely, caring and welcoming. My son has progressed so much since starting and that is all down to the team. They always make sure he has so much fun while learning and he will miss them so much when he moves up to the next room.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 18 months old. It was previously known as another name but came with good recommendations. Since the takeover from Kids Planet, I’ve noticed the difference with all the added extras like toys, meals etc that are now available. My son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and now the pre-school so it will be sad when his journey here comes to an end.

We can't rate this nursery highly enough! Our daughter has settled in so quickly which I believe is down to how welcoming and friendly all the staff are. We are always very well informed about her day and her key worker is also very keen to work with us in how she handles our child and her development. I never worry about leaving her in their care. The meal options they offer are very varied and nutritious as well. We are Highly impressed.

I love bringing my child here. The staff are all so welcoming and so friendly. They put you at ease and nothing is too much. I have never had a bad experience and every staff member always greets me and my child with a beautiful smile and friendly talk. They listen and deliver. I feel so at ease knowing my child is well looked after and don’t worry at all whilst he is in their care. He goes with a smile and comes back with a smile and so many stories to tell me. Honestly can’t thank the staff enough they are truly amazing.

I feel very comfortable taking my daughter here, they always keep you updated and help with her development. If there are any problems they are quick to contact you. My daughter is always happy to come here.
