I cannot thank the staff at Kids Planet Halesowen enough for all their hard work and support that they have shown towards my son who has a speech delay and is currently being diagnosed with Autism. They have also been an amazing support for us as a family, and the advice and support they have given
us has been amazing.
My son has been here since June 2021 and he has blossomed ever since.

My child has attended Kids Planet through each of the age-related class groups - babies, toddlers, rising threes and preschool. In all classes, I have found the staff to be genuinely caring and supportive of my child's needs. The nursery do a brilliant job in developing an age-appropriate itinerary
of activities each day. The team keep me informed of how my child is progressing through daily updates on the parent app as well as always taking the time to speak in person at drop-off and collection time. My child loves going to nursery here which is the ultimate endorsement.

We’ve been sending our daughter to Kids Planet Halesowen since September 2023. She started in the baby room and is progressing to the toddler room in January 2024. We cannot fault the nursery, staff and facilities.
Nursery are great at doing activities that are helping her to develop and meet her milestones,
but what I love the most is that the staff in her room are all so caring and nurturing. I can tell she genuinely seems to feel safe and loved when she’s in their care. I can go to work feeling confident that she’s happy.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since Sept 2022, she settled in very quickly and always seems happy to go in. When collected, she is happy and comfortable in the setting. The team are always comforting and if we have any questions, they are happy to answer and give time to explain. Via the
app, we can see she is given lots of different opportunities to learn and play. And are kept updated on her day. Thank you for looking after our precious child with such care.

What a fantastic nursery! I have had my children attending here for 5 years and I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. The staff are amazing - so friendly and nurturing. The nursery itself is always clean and well looked after. The food is varied and my kids have never complained. I feel sad
that we won’t attend again. Thank you all so much for being part of my children's childhood and helping to shape them into the kids they are today.

My daughter is in the preschool room and since moving up has come on leaps and bounds. She has formed such special bonds since moving up and enjoys every day she attends. She will miss all of them when she leaves for school next year.
My son is in the baby room and the staff are all so lovely, caring
and welcoming. My son has progressed so much since starting and that is all down to the team. They always make sure he has so much fun while learning and he will miss them so much when he moves up to the next room.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 18 months old. It was previously known as another name but came with good recommendations. Since the takeover from Kids Planet, I’ve noticed the difference with all the added extras like toys, meals etc that are now available. My son thoroughly enjoys
his time at nursery and now the pre-school so it will be sad when his journey here comes to an end.

My daughter started at Kids Planet Halesowen in January 2023 in the baby room and is about to transition into the toddler room.
The experience we have had throughout has been fantastic. All of the staff we have interacted with are absolutely brilliant but I need to give particular mention to two team
members who cant be faulted with their care of our daughter. You can see how happy she is to see the staff each morning and the bond they have is great to see. My wife and I were reluctant to leave our daughter at such a young age but there really was nothing to be concerned over and all of the workers in her room treat her with the same care and attention that they would their own children.
I would recommend Kids Planet Halesowen to anybody, and thank them for the care they provide.

We can't rate this nursery highly enough! Our daughter has settled in so quickly which I believe is down to how welcoming and friendly all the staff are. We are always very well informed about her day and her key worker is also very keen to work with us in how she handles our child and her development.
I never worry about leaving her in their care. The meal options they offer are very varied and nutritious as well. We are Highly impressed.

I love bringing my child here. The staff are all so welcoming and so friendly. They put you at ease and nothing is too much. I have never had a bad experience and every staff member always greets me and my child with a beautiful smile and friendly talk. They listen and deliver. I feel so at ease knowing
my child is well looked after and don’t worry at all whilst he is in their care. He goes with a smile and comes back with a smile and so many stories to tell me. Honestly can’t thank the staff enough they are truly amazing.

My daughter started the nursery in January 2023 in the baby room. As an early years professional myself, I knew what I wanted for my daughters nursery and Kids Planet has exceeded my expectations. The staff are all so welcoming and have built wonderful relationships with my daughter. They follow her

My daughter previously attended this nursery until she was school age so I knew first-hand what an amazing educational setting it is. However, the nursery supercedes my previous views on the nursery and they go from strength to strength.
They have excellent facilities, which provide a fun place for
learning, whilst ensuring care needs are met. The children play and learn outside all year round, which I think is an excellent approach.
My son (being a 'lockdown' baby) struggled with new people, yet he has built a strong relationship with his key worker, other staff members and his peers in his group.
The regular photo evidence and discussions show how much fun he is having activities.
The staff are excellent at following up meetings and are personal in their approach, so I know that his individual needs are well met.
Staff are happy, friendly and nurturing while allowing children to grow both educationally and personally.
I have recommended the nursery to many others.
