Little Robins Day Nursery has been established for over 20 years and has recently being acquired by Paul Wilkinson and Luke Moore. The nursery is open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6.00pm and only closed for Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

Choosing the right nursery for your child is one of the most important and difficult decisions that you will ever have to make. Little Robins has a friendly atmosphere where they work together in partnership with parents so that all children whatever race, religion or culture are made to feel welcome.

Little Robins aims to promote enthusiasm, self-confidence and independence in children. They believe play is vital for children, it helps them understand the world around them and to develop socially and emotionally. It is through play that their children learn, develop at their own pace and have fun with adults who understand, support and care about them. They want the children they care for to feel secure and to have the confidence to deal develop to their own individual full potential.

Little Robins recognises that children are unique and using highly effective and thorough planning, on-going meaningful observations and assessments, they plan for children’s interests and needs in partnership with parents/carers to ensure that children move forward at a pace appropriate for their individual needs.

My kids had an amazing time both in toddler group and in the preschool group. Everyday is a bliss when you see them happy going to the Robinhood!! I personally thank each of the staff and in specific Sukhi, Jag, Kajol and Chandini!!

My kids went to little Robins and where in the toddler room last year ,all of the staff were great especially sukhi who always supported my kids and we were extremely happy with sukhi for all the help ,so Im recommending this nursery to my friends who are looking for a nursery for their children, great

Our daughter has been at Little Robins from the baby room all the way through to preschool, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful care, support, and love she has received along the way.
From her very first day, the staff made us feel reassured and confident that she was in the best possible
hands. Every stage of her journey has been filled with kindness, patience, and genuine attention to her needs. It has been amazing to watch her grow-not only in confidence and independence, but also in her learning and friendships.
The baby room team created such a nurturing environment, giving her the comfort and security she needed to settle so well. As she moved through the toddler rooms and into preschool, she was always encouraged to explore, discover, and develop her unique personality. By the time she reached preschool, we could clearly see how much thought the staff put into preparing children for the transition to school.

Little Robins Day Nursery has a warm and nurturing environment where children genuinely thrive. The staff are incredibly attentive, creating a space that feels safe and full of care. Every staff member is approachable and friendly- nothing is ever too much.
For my son, who began his journey in the
Baby Room in May 2024 and recently moved up to the Toddler Room, the team have been nothing short of amazing. As a fussy eater, he's needed a lot of extra encouragement around his mealtimes, and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure he's eaten something. That kind of attention makes all the difference. His move felt seamless, thanks to the thoughtful way his transition was handled.
As an educator myself, I can say the curriculum is strong and carefully planned with lots of enriching activities on offer. My son's speech has come on leaps and bounds.
Communication with parents is clear and consistent, which really builds trust. I highly recommend Little Robins!

My little one has been here since he was about 16 months. He has grown into such a confident and social butterfly and has made such strong friendships. I cannot recommend this nursery enough as it feels like a home away from home. The staff show care and empathy and the manager has been very undertanding
and helpful.
The food is amazing and my son has thoroughly enjoyed his time here. I would use this nursery again if I had more children too

The staff at Little Robins are exceptional. They have looked after my 2 children brilliantly. Both kids have developed strong bonds with their key workers and have been supported to grow and develop in their own way. Communication from the manager is excellent and the whole team from baby room to pre
school, the cook and cleaner are all very approachable, kind and caring. The kids enjoy a wide variety of activities. My son has an allergy and the team managed this really well. As a parent I have felt really supported and staff have helped me through tricky stages with potty training and managing difficult behaviours with my children. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

My little boy has been attending Little Robins since he was 11 months and I wound highly recommend the nursery. The staff are friendly and provide the best care and support to the babies and toddlers. They have been really supportive with my little boys medical conditions and have gone above and beyond

This is a lovely nursery. After an unexpected change in circumstances we found ourselves at little robins, they took away our apprehension straight away and have looked after our daughter so well ever since. She took a while settling but everyone was so patient and kind and she has really flourished
and I truely believe that's because of all the nursery staff. She is a fantastic manager and whatever the issue she deals with efficiently, professionally and with compassion-would definitely recommend this nursery a fantastic group of workers who style my daughters hair better than mine ;)

My son had to move to this nursery under unusual circumstances but the team have been amazing with his transition and beyond supportive - they were able to help him build up his confidence to socialise and be comfortable in a new environment and I will forever be thankful
They are great at communication
and update their app often - the team are lovely and really supportive for parents too.

My daughter is now 3 and a half years old and she has been attending this nursery since she was 3 months old. During this time the staff have provided me with a lot of support whilst providing a safe and sensitive environment for my child. My child enjoys every day she attends and has made a lot of
