Carla has worked in childcare for 10+ years with children aged 0-5. As a nursery, we hold strong family values and she leads her team with the same ethos. Carla is a supportive, caring and professional leader, ensuring all the needs of the children, the staff and parents/carers are met.

Carla is friendly and assuring, and someone who encourages you to remember, her door is always open.

Sophie is a friendly and fantastic addition to the management team. She oversees the Toddler group and is always researching new and exciting activities to share with the children.

Sophie is our lead on Startwell, an initiative that encourages healthy eating, physical activity and oral health, to create a healthier environment for children and families.

Caz is our Preschool Coordinator and a Senior member of the floor staff. She has been at Just for Starters since 2018 and is fantastic when it comes to getting the Pre-schoolers ready for their big transition to Reception!

Caz loves all things arts and crafts and loves to make artsy masterpieces with the little ones!

Courtney is based in Toddlers and is also our Wellbeing Coordinator and Level 3 SENCo. She dedicates her time to working with children, teaching them to regulate and manage their emotions and is super attentive to little ones with additional needs.

She is exceptional at encouraging quiet or shy children to open up and talk about their feelings, and ensures the positive well-being of the staff in the nursery, too.

Harpreet has worked with children for many years and offers such tender care and attention to our little ones here at the nursery.

Harpreet is a fantastic Early Years educator, based in Preschool.
