I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The care my daughter received was second to none. She was very unsettled to start with after being separated from me but the staff did all they could to make me and my daughter feel settled and eventually with their help we got there. They helped my daughter eat
a wider variety of foods which are cooked on-site. The environment is natural and engaging for the child and I really enjoyed seeing lots of observations on the app of what she had been getting up to. I'm not surprised they have such a large waiting list of children waiting for a space as my daughter didn't want to leave when it was time for school. Thanks, Grendon & Billesley!

My daughter has been attending this nursery from 8 months old and is now nearly 18 months old.
In my personal opinion, the nursery has done all it can to help her learn and develop in the best possible way. She has come on so much in the past 10 months, she loves going there and playing with her friends.
She has a good relationship with all staff, especially her key worker who I feel has gone beyond my expectations of a key worker.

My son and daughter have been going to this nursery for just over a year. They are amazing! I can not speak highly enough of them!
They adore the children and make it easy for me to leave them there knowing they are going to have fun and learn in a safe and caring environment.

Sadly I am unable to post the extent of the reasons why I have decided to give this nursery such a poor review due to the review policy, however, I would like to say that following on from my 13-month-old daughter's short experience at the nursery, in my opinion, I believe the following to be true:

Safeguarding:

Very Poor
Care: Very Poor
Staff: Very Poor
Management: Very Poor

In my opinion, you should stay away from this nursery and find another.
