My son started here a while ago and he has settled in so well. The staff have all been fantastic and I feel very heard and listened to as a parent. My son is thriving here and it is down to their hard work!

Our little one joined Next Steps in the Tumbling Turtles class after his original nursery sadly closed. Ellie and Clare made the transition unbelievably smooth for all of us and welcomed him with warm open arms. He has since moved up to the pre school class and he is loving every moment. He never wants to leave early and asks every day if he can go to nursery. We can not recommend Next Steps highly enough and are thrilled that he still has another year to go.

As a first time Mum, I had the natural anxieties of leaving my child at a nursery. Next Steps were great in supporting both me and my son with the transition. The staff are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and provide daily feedback about my Son's day so I have a reassuring insight into what he's been up to. I have no qualms with taking him there and he is happy to attend. He is enriched from their toys, activities, food, interactions, experiences and learning. The nursery is at an accessible location with plenty of parking. Plus with supervised access to the showground there are lots of opportunities for the children to explore the greenery and open spaces.

Overall Experience
Both of my girls have attended Next Steps Nursery and I couldn't have imagined a better place for them. One is now at school and the other is about to start and they're both so well prepared thanks to the amazing team.
The staff are kind, caring and genuinely love the children. My girls were always made to feel safe, happy and loved, with plenty of cuddles and encouragement every day.
A special mention to Sally Apple, who is the heart of the nursery. Her passion for children shines through in everything she does. Ellie and Claire have also been incredible with my girls - so caring, fun and patient. And thank you to Hayley, Amy, Jane, Jade and the rest of the wonderful team for creating such a warm, nurturing environment.

We'll always be grateful for the amazing start you've given our girls. I couldn't recommend Next Steps Nursery more highly.

Overall Experience
My son started Next Steps in the cuddly Koalas room in February. He loves it there hes so happy he always has a lovely day and enjoys being there.
Staff are all lovely and Friendly they take the time to tell you how hes been throughout the day.
If they have any questions or anything they will contact you and if you have any questions they are always happy to answer them.

Definitely recommned Next Steps to anybody.
