Overall Experience
My 3-year-old daughter attended the nursery for several months. She has been dismissed for minor incidents and is extremely traumatised. She has lost all of her friends and cannot understand why she can't attend. We are at a loss, despite pleading with the nursery they will not relent.

This is a cruel way to treat a three-year-old child who cannot comprehend the situation.

Unfortunately your contract was terminated due to the way in which you dealt with the situation. We have a zero tolerance policy of rudeness and abuse to any member of staff. (Especially when this happens around any child)

This decision is not taken lightly, but we feel it is best for all those involved.
