Both we and our children love the nursery. The staff are excellent: enthusiastic, caring, professional and highly knowledgeable about early years learning and childcare. We are always amazed at how many activities are packed into a day, and how well planned, creative and tailored to the children they
are. Communication is handled well with a monthly email, and any issues (e.g. with invoices) are resolved quickly and helpfully. Although outdoor space is limited the children spend a lot of time outside all year and there is loads for them to do out there. We get detailed, useful feedback at the end of each day and the teachers always flag if they have noticed any health or other issues. One downside is that parking is tricky and can take a while waiting for a space/leaving at busy times.

We couldn't be happier with Little Trees nursery. Our son has been there for two years now and we have always felt he is in the best place possible. All of the team are exceptional and are so caring in such a genuine way. Our son has always been so happy there and is excited to tell us about all of
the fun things he has done that day. The play is varied, child focused, fun and meaningful / educational. One thing that stands out in particular was how much they helped our son progress in potty training. Not only that but his key person was so excited and proud of him when he had his first day with no accidents - you could see how genuinely she cared for him. Alongside this he received special certificates and a chance to take a cuddly toy home - just little touches but they meant a lot to him and to us. We are so grateful to Little Trees for all they have done for us for the past few years (and many more to come!).

What can I say except that this place is brilliant. I trust the staff with my girls lives, well-being and learning and they deliver every single day. The staff are just phenomenal- huge shout outs to the preschool room and the baby room. They are somewhere between carers, teachers, best friends, and
super heroes. I cannot express what having Little Trees Inchbrook as our little ones care provider has meant to us. It's tough as working parents to hand over your precious people but I do it at little trees in the knowledge that not only will they be taken care of, but they will be developed and self actualised. The standards of learning and care are unmatched in this area. There aren't enough superlatives for this place - it's amazing, awesome, incredible and we are so lucky to have them

This is such a lovely nursery. Both our daughters have been so well cared for. The staff are excellent and they make an effort to only employ good quality people. With the conversion to Little Trees we can see there has been more opportunity for staff training which I'm sure will benefit the children.
They get to do plenty of messy play and the soft play has always been a favourite. Although the outdoor space is small, each room has its own area and the children are outside every day.

Little Trees is a lovely nursery where I know my son will have a fantastic day, every day he attends. There are always amazing and imaginative activities set up every morning, afternoon and throughout the day. The children are taught to be kind, recognize their emotions and work through them. Every
staff member is nurturing, supportive and adored by the children and families alike. We feel so lucky to send our son to Little Trees and know how hard everyone works to make every day exciting, fresh and engaging.

Both of our children have attended Little Trees, with our youngest now in Preschool. It is everything we hoped a nursery would be and more. The staff and management have become like family, creating a secure and nurturing environment which we know and trust has helped our children grow in confidence
and abilities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Trees to anyone wanting to fantastic supportive childcare setting.

The staff at Pollys are great. Lots of information about the day, they really get to know your child on a one to one basis.
Our child settled at a record rate and it's down to the warmth and care she receives at Pollys.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.3 (9.312) out of 10 for Little Trees Inchbrook (Formerly Polly's Day Nursery) is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 7 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.3 out of 5 from 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.964 for Little Trees Inchbrook (Formerly Polly's Day Nursery) is calculated as follows: ( (81 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 84 Ratings = 4.964
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.348 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Little Trees Inchbrook (Formerly Polly's Day Nursery) is based on 7 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.7
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 54 number of registered child places is 10.8. 7 Positive Reviews ÷ 10.8 = 0.648
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
