All three of my children have been to Focus Nursery. All have absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and very caring. My last child suffers a bit with his speech, and they were amazing at helping me get a bit of help with him. I really can't fault them.

My daughter loves going into nursery each day. The staff at Focus Nursery School are so welcoming and committed to providing a fun environment for the children to learn in. The outdoor space is especially great and varied and is one of the reasons we chose Focus as our daughter really enjoys being outside.
There is detailed communication with the parents and plenty of opportunity for face to face discussion with the staff about your child's progress. We would highly recommend Focus to any local family. We have been delighted with the childcare and teaching they provide.

I have sent two of my children to Focus Nursery. My eldest wasn’t the easiest child; she was an extreme introvert and very shy. She had lots of trouble separating from me every morning too, which led to lots of difficult drop-offs. All the staff at Focus were so amazing, gentle and understanding. They
took the trouble to identify all of her needs and her interests and used that to engage her and help her settle. In my eyes, they went over and above to ensure she was happy and comfortable with them. They prepared her so well for school, and she has thrived since. My second child was so different to her sister, and again the staff took the time to get to know her and really made a child-focused care plan. It has been so lovely to see her walking past focusing on the days she didn’t go there, but she would still wave into everyone. She really settled with them. The staff are so lovely and easy to communicate with. My son will be going when he is of age!

Such a great nursery. Couldn’t recommend it enough to someone who is looking for a placement for their child. Every single teacher is highly praised by my daughter every day after being picked up from the nursery. She admires them all, which, as a parent, you couldn’t ask for more. They learn lots of
new things every day, as well as it is fun and enjoyable. They get to spend lots of time outdoors exploring too, which I’m very fond of. Overall, an outstanding nursery.

Over the past 12 years, we have chosen Focus Nursery School for each of our three children. Each of them different and the nursery have never failed to adapt to accommodate their needs, supporting them to make that next step and be ready to start primary school. Our first child originally attended another
local setting and struggled to interact and settle so decided to try Focus and have never looked back, being incomparable in every way. The managers and staff are hugely experienced, supportive, and reassuring and some are also family too making their work ethic all the more important to them and a personal priority to them which is something we loved about this nursery too - that real-life family feel and that they will treat them as their own. It's not commercialised in any way and the children and families always come first. Our children have all enjoyed their experiences and the wealth of wonderful learning opportunities making them excited to go every day. Highly Recommend 5*
