a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating of all Reviews over all time. For each review the Day Nursery / service is rated Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor or Very Poor on a number of areas eg Staff, Management etc. The Day Nursery receives points for each rating as follows: Excellent = 5. The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.
1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If the target is partially reached then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery with 50 registered maximum number of service users has a target of 10 Positive Reviews, if it has 10 or more Positive Reviews it will receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews will receive 0.7 points.
If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.
The 1.558 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Kiddywinks Neighbourhood Nursery and Pre-school is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows:

The way Kiddywinks Neighbourhood Nursery and Pre-school works is different from other nurseries. They don't separate their age groups, as they say, they try to achieve a home from home atmosphere which we feel as soon as you walk in. The staff pride themselves on building a bond with their Kiddylinks which you can see with how much they care and love all the children. I am so grateful to all of the staff as my daughter is so confident and fun loving which is down to the staff allowing her to learn through play and giving her the best experiences that just aren't available to her at home. The garden is one of the things that I personally love as we don't really have one at home and I love being able to watch her play, explore, run ,climb, build, take risks in a safe environment, play in water, and create memories with her friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart as going back to work is the hardest thing to do after having a baby and I am proud to say we are part of the Kiddywinks family and we love you all ! Xxxxx
