Sunbeams Day Nursery

My daughter has been attending Sunbeams part-time for more than 2 years now. The nursery is very well-managed and I am very pleased with the level of care provided.
The nursery appears welcoming, spacious, bright, clean and well-ventilated. I feel my daughter is happy and well looked- after. Catering to dietary needs (in my child's case) is brilliant. Newsletters, meetings and prompt response to emails ensure that any issues are addressed regularly. General documentation is excellent (e.g- there was a detailed individual log book filed on a daily basis, when my child was in the baby room)

The tapestry app is a nice modern touch to have a sneak-peek into activities that the kids enjoy. There are a range of activities offered including trips to the local library which my preschooler really enjoys. Forest school is an active child's dream-come-true.

Truly deserves the 'Outstanding' Ofsted report that has been recently conferred- Well done Sunbeams!

My son has been attending Sunbeams for 2 and a half years now and his two sisters attended before this. I will genuinely miss the nursery when he goes to school in September. I am so pleased with the support and care all staff offer my son. All staff make an effort to get to know and care for every child. Staff are friendly, professional and caring and always go the extra mile.

All my children have developed so much from attending Sunbeams and they have all enjoyed going to nursery and talk about the day really positively. I can go to work knowing my son is being cared for exceptionally well. Sunbeams offers extras such as Forest School, summer outing, Christmas nativity and Father Christmas visit just to name a few.

All of the staff are friendly and make a point of saying hello on a morning, they are also happy to discuss the day and don't rush you out the door like other nurseries my son has been to.
They have a lovely outdoor area that my son loves and most days the children are taken out there to get some fresh air. My son often comes home with crafts he has made and I regularly get updates on the Tapestry app to show me what he has been doing.
The nursery even did a nativity in December for all children including the babies which was good.

I would highly recommend this nursery based on the experiences I have had so far.
