All the members of staff know all the children by their first name (including the owner of the nursery). They are very friendly, loving and caring. From day 1 I have always been very happy to leave my child in their care in the peace of mind that he is being well looked after.

The children carry out a variety of fun activities and her keyworker and other staff in her room really know her well - making sure she's doing activities that she will enjoy. She is clearly learning a lot and seems to eat and sleep well at the nursery. We also get good feedback of her day, which is appreciated. We are really pleased we chose Butterfly.

Also, the staff has got beautiful ideas to make kids engage indoor. With all the support and encouraging nature of the staff, I could see immense improvement in my son's communication skills, interacting with others, play etc.
The best part about the staff is that they are ready to take up the practices we follow at home and continue the same in nursery for the kids eg. potty training.
Overall, it's a wonderful nursery who takes very good care of kids and I can say the kids are in good hands.

The food is cooked fresh every day by an onsite chef.
The staff have a good knowledge of my child’s likes and dislikes and I can freely read what the key person has planned for him and why. This gives me the opportunity to ask questions and continue things at home.
All the staff are very friendly and will always help or answer questions no matter which room they are in, this is very reassuring.

The nursery is very welcoming, and very supportive, especially for international children. My 3-year-old starts attending the nursery without speaking English at all, but amazingly the staff was communicating with her very well and helped her settle in smoothly.

going to nursery. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The children have access to outdoor space and they do use it regularly - weather permitting! We are very happy leaving our daughter at Butterfly Day Nursery.

different skills. There is a good communication, concerns are addressed appropriately, and parents are informed about daily activities in person and via an online platform. The playground is small but they do make the most of it; they also take the kids to the nearby park and excursions. They offer yoga to all, and language and dancing classes. Food is cooked on the premises - our little one is eating it all up. There is new management as of this year, and we see improvements in terms of clarifying policies and communication - it is too early to give an overall rating. The owner could be more present and available to discuss policies with parents, including those affecting fees and attendance.
