Blackberry House Day Nursery (March)

I would recommend this setting 100 times over - it's everything you could hope for in a childcare environment and more.

Having had our 2 girls in nursery here since they were 9 months old have never had any issues and both girls have made great progress. Highly recommend.

Everything is satisfactory. The only thing not satisfactory is why if we pay for a full month and the child is sick and does not visit the nursery, why is the payment not transferred to another month?

This is an excellent nursery and the staff that work there are lovely. My children go to this nursery and have done for over a year now. My son's key workers always update us on their day and keep the parent application up to date. Throughout July I underwent major spinal surgery and the nursery staff were super helpful and accommodating too. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

All the staff are welcoming and full of smiles in the morning which is lovely to see for both myself and my son. Drop off and pick up is made easy as the Nursery Practitioner always has high energy and makes it a positive experience. When collecting my son she is full of information about my sons day and she ticks all the boxes in letting me know what I need to know. Also my son has such a positive experience with another Nursery Practitioner and always has smiles when she is about. I feel very confident and comfortable leaving my son in the baby room with these two. Overall the nursery is easy to access, clean and all the stuff show they go above and beyond for the children that attend. I would definitely recommend Blackberries (March) to my friends. What a fantastic team!

Amazing nursery! My child has attended for nearly two years, the change in her, her development and her speech was incredible. 100% care, attention, encouragement and kindness provided by the staff. My daughter is always happy to see all of the staff, has made a group of friends who she talks about and what activities they have done, always happy and positive to go straight into nursery. This has been the best experience for my child.

Our daughter loves going to Blackberry House Day Nursery. She attends two days a week and is very settled, since attending she has developed in so many ways. All the staff do a fantastic job! They are very friendly and polite, our little one comes home so happy. The ladies are very supportive and nurturing and always helpful in every way possible. We are so glad we chose this nursery. The environment at the nursery is so comfortable and I feel at ease and can ask the staff anything. Thank you Blackberries!

The 8-6 opening hours cover my working day and my little boy loves coming here!

My son attends Blackberry House twice a week. He started in December 2020, he has settled in very well and really enjoys being there. We have noticed a huge improvement in his development, all the staff are lovely and very informative. Everything is very well organised within the nursery and I am very happy with the service provided.

Perfect nursery for my son! The staff are warm, inviting and have been absolutely fantastic with both me and my son when either of us has had a wobble! The manager and another member of staff, in particular, feel like part of the family now and are regularly brought up around the dinner table! During this strange and scary pandemic, the staff have kept us up to date on any information that is needed, the cleanliness and methods put into place to keep everyone, especially our children, is impeccable. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better nursery!

We are so delighted to be able to keep sending our daughter to Blackberry House through these difficult times. Her language development and confidence with new people and other children have blossomed in the 5 months she has been attending. We love hearing all the songs she learns and stories they read to the children every day are so grateful to the staff for their dedication to early years education through some very trying times. They understand how vital these early experiences are for young children and are making it as safe as possible to continue working with our children. We have also been impressed with how much our daughter has improved her independence - she can put her own coat on, wash her own hands, sort out her shoes and socks and more! Thank you Blackberry staff!

They are both extremely settled and enjoy their time here. One, in particular, loves the blackberries cooking club. I am very happy leaving my girls in the care of the staff here.
