The staff are professional, friendly, and very supportive, so I feel completely at ease knowing my children are in good hands.
Our child spent a very happy year playing outside, creating amazing art, growing flowers, riding bicycles, performing on stage and making friends. Somewhere along the line the teachers managed
As parents, we felt listened to, it was truly an open door policy. There were lots of opportunities to get involved and catch a glimpse of our child's day. Standout memories for us were the Mother's day assembly and the Bear Hunt in the woods. Weekly swimming was a huge bonus and the opportunity to make use of the wider school facilities was amazing.
We genuinely feel like our child has had the best possible start at Brambletye Nursey. The new head has been amazing and fantastic new things are introduced almost weekly under her stewardship. It is a great time to be a part of the Brambletye Nursery.
The activities on offer are wonderfully varied and it's clear that so much thought goes into making each day engaging and fun. Our children leave inspired and excited by what they have done that day - developing an enthusiasm for learning, all whilst they play and have the best time. They are fortunate to spend lots of time outdoors exploring the stunning grounds and enjoying the school's exceptional facilities too.
The atmosphere is warm and nurturing with a lovely family feel and I just couldn't recommend it more highly. I feel so lucky that we found Brambletye.
The staff are absolutely wonderful-caring, attentive, and nurturing.
The staff are very kind, nurturing and friendly and the garden is a beautiful, bright play space full of educational resources as well as play equipment that is clean and welcoming and inspires their imagination.
She
She loves to explore the Brambletye woods.
The nursery makes good use of their beautiful grounds frequently which really appeals to her as she loves exploring outdoors and being amongst nature.
She goes in so happily every morning and comes out everyday with a big smile on her face.
We are very grateful for Brambletye giving her the very best start to her education.

I trained as a teacher at Canterbury Christ Church University before teaching in both the state and independent sectors. More recently, I owned and ran a nursery in the Sussex countryside, and during that time I completed a Masters in Early Years Education. I’ve also been a guest lecturer on the Masters course and enjoy serving as a primary school governor. I’m delighted to have joined Brambletye and to be working with such a wonderful team in such a vibrant, nurturing and inspiring Nursery and Pre-Prep environment.
B.A., Q.T.S.
I have worked in Early Years education for twenty years, teaching in inner city primary schools in London and Brighton as well as in a village pre-school. I also lived in southern Spain for eight years, working in an International School. My Brambletye career began in September 2018.
The Nursery is such an exciting and fun place to be! Every day is so different and it’s wonderful seeing the children learn, grow and develop new skills. It’s a joy being a part of this stage of the children’s early education and development.

I’ve enjoyed a fulfilling 24-year career in Early Years education and joined Brambletye as a Nursery Teaching Assistant in September 2020. Since then, I’ve been proud to take on the role of Pears Room Leader.
I enjoy seeing children having fun and learning through play and seeing them grow in confidence along their journey as they progress through each stage of their development.

Having been an Early Years Teaching Assistant for 8 years previously I felt it a very natural step to take on the role of Plums Room Leader when the opportunity arose – and I have never looked back! It is a privilege to be entrusted to care for young children, to nurture them and be part of their journey as they grow and develop into their characters.
I studied child development both at school and college and always knew I would work with young children. After having my two children, who are now both at secondary school and University, I feel very grateful to have joined Brambletye in September 2018. I quickly discovered that it is a special place to work. The sense of community spirit and genuine dedication and pride in everything that happens here at Brambletye is truly unique.
I am a Nursery Practitioner in Apples Room, a role that brings me great joy every day. I love supporting each child as they flourish, watching them grow in confidence and develop their own unique set of skills is incredibly rewarding.
No two days are ever the same, and that’s part of what makes working in the Nursery so special. I find real fulfilment in creating a caring, joyful, and inspiring environment where our youngest pupils feel safe, valued, and excited to learn through play and discovery.
B.A., P.L.A. Dip., Cert.Ed.
I am a Nursery Practitioner in Pears Class, working closely with the children to support their learning and development. My role involves reinforcing class lessons in small groups or one-to-one, and offering support in all aspects of school life.
I feel lucky to work with such a talented and committed team in a busy, happy, and inspiring environment. Each day brings new opportunities to connect with the children, support their learning, and celebrate their progress. What I enjoy most is seeing them grow in confidence and ability, becoming happy, caring individuals who are beginning to fulfil their potential.
B.A., PGCert., Q.T.S.
I am a Nursery Practitioner in Pears Class and am currently working towards my Forest School certification. I’m passionate about outdoor learning and love bringing the wonders of nature into both the classroom and beyond.
On Wednesdays, I run Bramble Babies in the Woods, our baby and toddler group designed for parents interested in private education to come together, connect, and explore Brambletye’s School in the Woods. I enjoy creating a welcoming space where families can build friendships and little ones can discover through play in the fresh air.

I work in Plums Room, where our youngest children begin their journey at Brambletye. It’s a privilege to be part of these very first steps, helping 2 year olds settle, explore, and start to discover the world around them.
I love creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported and celebrated. It’s incredibly rewarding to see their confidence grow as they begin to develop new skills and build trusting relationships. No two days are the same in Plums Room, and that sense of wonder and energy is what makes working with this age group so special.
