Hadden Hill Nursery & Preschool

I have always been very happy with Hadden Hill in all manners. The nursery staff always keep me well informed of daily activities, topics of learning and the development of both my girls as individuals and how they are progressing and any challenges they are facing along with ways to help overcome these both in preschool and at home. Both girls love coming to preschool to see not only their friends but teachers as well. It's thanks to the teachers that the girls are as prepared as can be for big school. Thank you.

My daughter comes home from preschool happy and worn out and excited to tell me about her day. She leaves the house in the morning without any fuss and runs off when we get there. this fills me with confidence that she is having a good time and learning, what more could you want.

My son has been attending the nursery for about two months. He took a little bit to settle, but the staff took time with him to make sure he was comforted and settling well. He now has great days and enjoys all the activities. He also sleeps really well at nursery, which he doesn't at home!

Our daughter moved to preschool from Tweenies five months ago, and the progress she has made since then is amazing. She's gained a lot of confidence and wants to be more independent in doing things. We don't have anything bad to say about the nursery, the staff and management are brilliant. We are expecting our second baby and have already registered her for a place!

Our daughter is very happy here and loves coming to nursery. We are very happy with how well she has settled. The staff are helping her in all areas of development and have been very supportive in our potty training issues.

My daughter continues to thrive at Hadden Hill Nursery, she has recently moved up to the pre-school room and looks forward to going in every day - in fact, she is often a bit sad when she realises it’s one of her days off! The team, led by a fantastic manager, are all friendly and professional, they really know my daughter and treat her as an individual. Hadden Hill Nursery continues to be a home from home for her where I know she is nurtured and beautifully cared-for. I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my daughter here when I go to work and do not hesitate to recommend it to other parents. Amazing outdoor play areas and very good food too.

My daughter has attended Hadden Hill Nursery & Preschool since she was 4 months old. Every day the staff have helped with learning and development. She is always extremely happy to arrive and always happy telling me about all the fun activities she has done during the day.

Our two children join the nursery when we relocated from South Africa during the pandemic. The staff members have been extremely helpful to help the children settle - especially in view of the fact that English is not their first language. The nursery has gone above and beyond to develop the children's language ability and understanding after 5 months they are comfortable and very social. I love the very detailed daily feedback. I wholeheartedly recommend Hadden Hill Nursery & Preschool.

The staff have nurtured our lockdown baby and he's now a confident toddler who loves learning and playing with others.

The staff at Hadden Hill Nursery & Preschool have been amazing with my child over the last year. The help and support has been second to none. Nothing is ever too much for them to help with.

The brilliant staff make Hadden Hill Nursery & Preschool the fantastic nursery that it is. Their care and support has made the transition for my son from lockdown baby to three days a week at nursery incredibly easy. He loves his time there the activities, the regular outdoor play, the homecooked food. Hadden Hill Nursery & Preschool has been great for his development and we looked forward to continuing to see him learn and build relationships. As parents, everything is made easy by great communication from staff and regular updates on our son's progress.

We removed our baby daughter from this setting immediately after it came to light that one of the staff members had lied to us. We were told our daughter was given her afternoon bottle but wasn't, when I checked it had not been opened. When trying to discuss this with the manager, instead of investigating, she implied we were "telling stories" and was incredibly rude when we told her that we wanted to complain about it. Shocking behaviour.

The staff are outstanding and the setting is lovely. We are so pleased with our choice of nursery and would highly recommend it.

My son has attended Hadden Hill since December 2018. Every member of staff we have encountered during our time here has been amazing and we are so happy with the support, care and encouragement provided. Learning is made fun and my son is full of stories of what he has done at the end of the day. Our son continues to flourish and develop and loves the staff and friends he has made. The past year with Covid has seen changes with social distancing, additional handwashing measure etc and the staff have made this easy for the children to understand and normalised the odd times we are facing. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been at Hadden Hill for the past 3 years. The care and support shown to him has been incredible. All the staff know him by name and are always friendly and polite, feedback at the end of the day is positive and constructive. The nursery is clean, and the food is excellent and healthy. Communication with parents is prompt and appropriate. Couldn't ask for a better nursery.

We love the nursery and all the staff. We moved here after moving to the area and another nursery, so a large amount of change. The staff quickly made us feel welcome and part of the team. They made my daughter feel at ease, and she always has a wonderful time!

I cannot fault the care that is given at Hadden Hill. All the staff genuinely care and really take the time to get to know your child and parents too. I would never go anywhere else as my daughter is so happy and settled. Thank you for everything you do!

Our daughter loves this nursery, she has fantastic friends and enjoys all the activities and time with her pals. The staff are professional and friendly and our daughter knows all their names and talks enthusiastically about everyone.
