My daughter has been attending this setting for a year now and she has come on leaps and bounds. All of the staff at Busy Bees are super friendly and loving towards the kids and together they create an amazing place for the children to learn, grow and develop. Couldn't fault them in any way at all.

Wonderful staff who genuinely care about the kids. My twins had a tough time settling and they went above and beyond to try to support them and encourage them to settle. Communication was excellent and we worked together in best interests of both kids to try and get best outcomes. No red tape! They were flexible, adaptable and nurturing. Thanks loads from H and M !

The whole team are so welcoming, positive and kind, our daughter has now attended over a year and always comes out smiling, the communication is excellent and management team are always on hand to assist which is very reassuring for a first time mum. Our daughters development has also been great and she eats such a great variety of different food provided by the amazing team prepared freshly within the premises. Thank you busy bees.

From the moment you arrive at Busy Bees Riverhead, you're welcomed by a truly warm and cheerful team who go above and beyond to ensure every day starts with a BIG smile - for both children and parents!
Our son joined the nursery in January 2025, and from day one, we've been absolutely delighted. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, creating a nurturing atmosphere that feels more like a family than a formal setting. It's heartwarming to see our little one happily run into his group each morning - a daily reminder that we made the right choice.

Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and positive energy. You're doing an amazing job - please keep it up!

Our second child is now attending. Our choice in 2020 was based on the fact that we felt it was a well run facility with long standing staff. In general you don't want "kids looking after kids". That view has not changed. Our second took a little while to get over the separation anxiety but the staff worked with us to get her to settle and she's quite happy. Leaving aside the usual pain of childcare the "all in" services are quite handy. Management are very present and helpful (eg booking extra sessions).

Lovely nursery - my eldest left for school last year and everyone at Busy Bees set him up so well for school. He loved nursery, loved his football sessions with Coach and the new found parent events in the final year were a very welcomed addition.
My youngest started in January this year and has taken to it like a duck to water, he absolutely loves going in, doesn't look back and I believe that is all down to the care and nurturing nature of the staff. They are all so lovely and I know he is very well looked after. I love seeing him learn and grow and feel so comfortable talking to his key worker/s if I have any concerns.

The only reason for 4 stars re outside space was because I was so desperate for my boys to attend somewhere with grass/fields and be able to get out to explore. Saying that, the outside space had a much needed revamp shortly after my eldest joined in 2021 and it's perfect for the little ones. I would recommend to anyone.

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bees Riverhead for well over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Her development has been incredible, thanks to the amazing staff, who are nothing short of superheroes. She has never once hesitated to go into nursery, always greeted with smiles and big hugs each morning. The variety of activities and quality of food exceed our expectations, making every day exciting for her. If we could keep her at Busy Bees Riverhead forever, we absolutely would!

I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives. She is always happy when I collect her and ready to show me some artwork she's done or tell me about the activities throughout the day. She talks about her carers at home and is always so excited to go to nursery!

Amazing nursery. My boy is so happy here and is thriving. All thanks to the lovely, friendly staff. Excellent food, he always eats well at nursery. Couldn't be happier knowing he is well cared for and safe at busy bees. He has learnt so much in the few months he's been at nursery.

We were initially hesitant about starting potty training since our daughter attends Busy Bees, and we didn't want to add extra pressure on the staff, knowing how much they already do. However, they have been absolutely amazing in supporting both her and us throughout the process. She now goes to nursery wearing just her underwear and typically has only one, sometimes two, accidents over a five-hour period. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and encouragement they've provided - it has made such a difference for our daughter and for us as parents.

Our daughter started attending nursery when she was 12 months old. As she approaches her 2nd birthday, we couldn't be more proud of her development and achievements; this is a credit to all the staff who have looked after her. As a working parent, there is always that heart tug of 'am I doing the right thing leaving my child'... but she couldn't be more excited to wave us goodbye when she arrives at nursery and we know that it is because she is coming to a place she feels safe, cared for and has so much fun. She has regular messy play, play outside and eats every morsel of food prepared by the in-house chef. She regularly talks about all of the staff when she is at home. She has been given the best start in her early years education. It is with a heavy heart that we embark on transitioning to a new nursery as we have moved to a new area but we can only hope that the new nursery lives up to the high bar that has been set by Busy Bees Riverhead.

My son has been attending here for the past three-four years. The centre has had a major makeover and the rooms are better equipped. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have increased in organising more activities with parent participation, such as Mother's Day tea parties, Christmas carols shows, parent reading books at reading time etc. It is a safe and lively setting which has helped my son adapt to a school-like environment.

All I can say is thank you to the staff and my son's key carers, past and present, for helping my son grow to be the confident, curious and happy child that he is.

Busy Bees Riverhead is a fantastic nursery. My son has been there for almost three years and has always loved going, made strong bonds and the nursery staff are fantastic. The team are hugely caring, organised and supportive and the response times from management are incredibly fast. My son has had some health complications while under the nursery's care and they have managed this incredibly well, putting in place health and safety measures and being supportive and knowledgeable throughout. The team also make a huge effort to teach the children new topics and my son has loved all the themed days they organise and the extra football on a Tuesday. Thank you to the whole team, from room staff to management and the cooks - we will really miss you when we move on to the world of school.

Great nursery, caring staff, our daughter always comes out with a smile. Staff always take the time during handover at the end of the day to chat and discuss any concerns. The app keeps us up to date on activities and food throughout the day and lots of special events organised throughout the year. They handle accidents and illnesses well and communication with parents is always very clear.

My son started at 3 years old due to relocation and has settled really well in the six months he has been at Busy Bees so far. He was quite nervous at first due to lots of change but the wonderful ladies made him feel at ease super quickly and now he skips in every day and has made really good friends with other children and speaks fondly of the ladies too. He is also developing brilliantly.
