Phoenix Nursery

are on a waiting list for a referral but Phoenix nursery have been great with their support and plans. Our child has come on so much since they started nursery and their speech is getting so much better. With starting school next year, we are extremely confident that with the preparations already discussed with Phoenix, they will excel at school. They are always extremely happy at drop off and pick up and it’s great to receive regular updates about what they are doing throughout the day. I sometimes get a bit jealous of the activities! I really don’t know where we would be in terms of his progression if we hadn’t decided to pick Phoenix.

nursery staff. My children come home teaching me all sort of lessons learnt in nursery, culture, kindness, different food as these are freshly prepared each day. You can not have a fussy eater in this nursery and they really enjoy their food. Another thing I love is the Tapestry app where you can follow you child’s progress by the uploaded pictures and videos of your children carrying out various activities both indoor and outdoor with details on what they did, learnt and achieved – This keeps me going especially at work. I am one happy mum and thanks to all you friendly staffs at Phoenix.

They utilise the local area (park and woodland) to expand the little minds as well as going on day trips to the sea side. Both my son (when he attended) and daughter love going to the nursery and in fact get upset when it's not their day to go! My own extended family have also used the nursery for years and the rest of us keep going back with our own children, I think that says it all!

work, which means that the same person you met in the morning dropping your child off, is the same one you will find in the evening which really helps while settling in and for the child's development. Another thing I love about the nursery is that they do not have separate meal times for the older children. All their meals are prepared on site daily and they have a very healthy diet. They all eat together which makes meal times at home much easier. The nursery staff are very keen on healthy eating. Overall, I'm very pleased with my son's journey since he started back in May 2014 and I look forward to lots more.

have been more pleased. It really is such a unique setting which integrates babies and young children so well a thing other nurseries fail to do.
The children all eat together which is so nice much rather than all the different age groups being separated. The children get to spend time with their own aged peers to do aged related activities also. There is a lovely garden surrounded by the woods and nearby to the local lakes.
My daughter has always been happy and healthy at Phoenix and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
You are always greeted by a familiar face (no constant changing of staff) and the children know and love the staff.
Overall a fantastic nursery.

has allowed my children to thrive. They didn't attend a school nusery as I work full time but the boys settled straight into school, and I'm sure my daughter will too in September.

I will really miss the staff and the experience of feeling welcomed at drop-off each morning.
