Longwood Nursery

It has a beautiful family feeling to it and is amazing for working parents who need extended days.

Excellent caring staff, very responsive and professional. Always happy to take phone calls which has helped alleviate the anxiety of leaving my little one.

This is a great nursery. Staff are great, warm and my little one is comfortable and enjoys her days. She does lots of activities and I love receiving her progress book. Her skills have improved from being here. Only issue/comment, as she is dairy intolerant, I would have expected alternatives/soya milk and food (butter) to be provided within the price. Not for me to supply. Normal dairy milk is supplied, not soya, why?

My children love going to Longwood. The staff are so friendly and approachable; they know the children so well and the level of care is second to none. The days are packed full of creative and exciting activities. The fresh fruit and vegetables every day, along with healthy balanced meals are really enjoyed. There are amazing grounds and play areas which are well utilised by the children.

Longwood is a fantastic school and nursery. Not only does it provide an excellent learning environment with first-class staff but it also teaches the children self-confidence, how to work together as a team and have resilience.

Longwood is more than a school and nursery, it is an extension of our family.

My two daughters have been in the nursery since they were nine months of age. They have learnt and become so confident and polite, lovely girls. The staff are extremely helpful, supportive and very friendly. Definitely, recommend the nursery.

My daughter has been at the nursery since the age of 1 year and will turn four next week. Longwood nursery provides a very homely and caring environment where my daughter has thrived and grown into a confident and articulate little girl. The nursery staff are excellent and some exceptionally good. My daughter has just started preschool (Sept 17) and her teacher is excellent and the teaching assistants are very caring and helpful. The fact the nursery provides wrap around care (open 7am-7pm) is fantastic for working parents like me!

I am very happy with no complaints so far. He is very happy with his friends and staff are caring and polite.

Longwood is such a fantastic, welcoming nursery! It truly feels like one big family where all the staff know my daughter well. She is very happy to go to nursery every day and I always leave feeling confident that my daughter is in safe hands and will be having a fun packed day. The activities are varied and the key themes are shared with parents so that you feel involved in your child's learning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Longwood to parents.
