Jack & Jill's Day Nursery

Well done guys!

My daughter has been going to Jack & Jill's Day Nursery for the past two years and I cannot complain. She is very happy and content at the nursery thanks to the care provided by the staff and team at Jack & Jill's Day Nursery.

This is a lovely setting that has welcomed my child with open arms. The staff always provide a handover when collecting my child which is lovely as it gives me an insight to their day. All the staff are friendly and my child seems very happy when going in.

My little one has only been at Jack & Jill's Day Nursery for six months, she is enjoying her day and is very happy to go back every morning. very friendly staff. staff is very kind and helpful, good that I got space for my girl at very short notice. Thank you to all the staff at Jack & Jill's Day Nursery.

My girl started when she was 13 months and I was really stressed as she is a high-need clingy baby, who didn't nap alone, only with another person, only at home, in complete silence and darkness. However, she adjusted really well and the staff in Snowflakes and now in Raindrops have been wonderful and really helpful. If you ask for something they will accommodate you as much as they can. At first we received a notebook with all notes from nursery detailing: what she ate, how much and what times; did she nap, what time and how long; account of nappies and their content; list of activities during the day and all this was communicated to us when collecting her. Now (two years old) we get almost the same information via a parent app (even better), so while I work I can go to the app and see what my little one has been up to. It is all very reassuring and comforting. They also have very good email newsletter and communications.

This nursery has always been accommodating to us and tried their best to do last minute changes and swap days and fit us in to help out and I am super grateful for that. It's also set on such a beautiful bit of land which the kid's love and has lots of parking which is easy! The pricing is very reasonable as well. Any concerns I've ever had have been actioned immediately and overall I am really happy with my boys being here! Thank you guys.

I would love to mention one staff member who did a great job with my little one, for which the nursery is called by her name by our little one. Three others are simply amazing.

The team are very welcoming, friendly and supportive of our child and his needs. Our son has been attending for over 12 months now and is very happy and looks forward to attending nursery. The warm atmosphere makes us feel happy to leave our son in the care of the team.

A great little nursery with friendly and caring staff. My daughter has a great time doing many different activities she is always playing nicely when I collect her. I am always updated and informed if there is anything I need to know.

Initially I viewed around ten nurseries in the surrounding area and Jack & Jill's Day Nursery gave me a comforting and warm welcome. I choose this nursery for my child and to this day, two years after, I have not regretted my decision. The staff in this nursery are absolutely amazing, my child adapted quite quickly and tells me every day that he loves his nursery and his teachers, even the ones in the office and dinner room. They care about the children and treat them as individuals, they understand when children are not themselves and are very attentive. The only fault I see is that the nursery grounds can do with a revamp, but this does not affect the care and service you get from this nursery.

My daughter has only been at Jack and Jill's for 6 months, but the amount she has thrived during her time there is unbelievable. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful that I have no concerns whilst my daughter is at nursery. Her language, knowledge and communication skills have developed so much and enjoyed watching her repeat songs and skills she has learnt whilst at nursery. Thank you to all the staff at Jack and Jills.

After viewing countless nurseries, we knew Jack & Jill's was the one for us after our first visit. Staff immediately took time to, not only make us feel comfortable but, most importantly our son. Being only 9 months old and a very clingy baby, I was extremely worried about returning to work full time. The staff not only understood my worries but managed to give my son an environment he felt comfortable staying and more than adequate care while I'm away. Not only does he not cry while I'm away, he is full of smiles! I couldn't recommend this nursery anymore and want to thank every staff member for their amazing work!

The staff are wonderful, they take so much care of the children and encourage them in everything (big or small) that they do. Highly recommended!

Brilliant nursery. Great garden. Good activities (football). Learning a second language (Spanish). Greatly trained staff with many years of experience. Professional management. Varied meals and daily cleaning. My daughter is very happy in Jack and Jills Day Nursery.

We knew Jack and Jill's was the right place for our little boy from the second we stepped into the setting. Such a warm and welcoming place and such lovely ladies caring for the little ones and helping them discover the world through play and exploring.

He has been there for a few months now and all I can say is I could have never found a better place for him.

The Holiday Club is so helpful as my older girl can go there in the holidays and she has so much fun that picking her up is a mission (she wants to stay there).

All in all I can definitely say I found the best setting for our kids and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Lovely, welcoming staff who have excellent knowledge of children. Lots of activities for children to engage with craft, sensory activities and outdoor time are frequent and enjoyable to children. Staff make detailed notes on children's development and are keen to share the events of the day. My twins are almost two and have grown quite attached to their carers. Can not recommend Jack and Jill's enough to prospective parents.

I am sure my story is familiar for most of you reading this review, making the big decision of which nursery to choose. I had to go back to work when my baby was 10 weeks old. I felt guilty leaving my adorable baby with people who I did not know and I have to say, I made the right choice with Jack & Jill's Day Nursery. My cure daughter gets the best care possible, she is pampered, being loved and she is taken care of in an amazing, loving way. She absolutely loves her nanny and all who look after her. I can only recommend Jack & Jill's Day Nursery to all. Many thanks for the loving care.

Thank you for all you have done for our daughter and us as a family. The carers did just that and more, they cared, they gave me confidence that she was well looked after and her needs were met. They helped her confidence grow in all areas which show when she is working something out, either on paper, in the room or with her friends. We will always remember Jack and Jill's and the amazing staff and everything they did for us while she was in their care. Treasured memories that last forever.

My kids were not very good eaters, thanks to the staff at Jack and Jill's they now like to eat almost everything, their choice of menus is very good.

I brought my kids here on recommendation and I can honestly say I would recommend this nursery to all working & non working families. The most important thing to us is our children so finding the right childcare is important.. You will not be disappointed.

My two very precious grandsons attend Jack and Jill's - and have done since very young babies. The staff are very loving, caring towards all the children they care for and they all work extremely hard to ensure all the children have a wonderful time. The care they both receive has been superb, they are always happy to see the carers looking after them, their friends as well as taking part in lots of exciting activities which are always on offer.
