After looking around many childcare providers, I came across Busikids and immediately knew my child, now children, would be happy here. I wouldn't entrust anyone else with them. There is so much care from all the staff and my children are extremely happy whenever they attend. Whenever any issues have
arisen, they have been dealt with swiftly and with compassion. It is the best nursery-preschool around!

Both my boys have gone through Busikids, from 9 months right up to 4 years old. They have all been kind, caring and supportive throughout their whole journey. They are always very easy to communicate with and feel like they really make the effort to get to know your child. The facilities are always
clean and they have a lot of space inside along with an amazingly large garden for the children to explore. I will be sad for my little one to finish in a few weeks time, but I know it has really helped him to be confident and ready to start school.

My child started at this nursery when she was 9 months old, it was the best decision I have made to send her here. I was messed around with a baby sitter before they came to my rescue.
The staff have always cared for my child and she's always happy when she's is collected. The updates I get every
time she attends gives me great happiness especially to see the varied activities she takes parts in.
All the staff and management are really approachable and knowledgeable about their roles and they treat every child as an individual when nurturing their little personalities.
I have and will continue to recommend this nursery to anyone that is looking for one.

Busikids have been great with our little man, he settled in really quickly in is first few weeks and doesn't seem phased when we drop him off in the mornings. Shortly after he started, we had the disruption from COVID - the team were really clear on what was happening, and kept us in the loop when it
came to re-opening.
We get daily detailed of his naps/food/nappies, which helps with peace of mind and knowing that he has structure to his day.

This is a fantastic nursery both my daughter and son have been attending since they were a year old. My son's speech and confidence have grown a massive amount since being in the Penguin room. They learn something new every day and always love when they do all the different activities and games outside.
I am very grateful for all the staff for looking after my children. This nursery also has great facilities and we enjoy going along to the summer BBQ they hold and the Christmas Party they do every year.

I have one child in the under two group and one in the pre-school and my eldest child went through the various stages as well.
All 3 children love/have loved attending Busikids and have benefited from the range of activities, meals and interactions greatly. I think they have all formed great bonds
with different members of staffs and have made lovely friends.
Apart from returning to work, one of the reasons I wanted my children to go to a nursery was to make sure they had lots of different experiences and opportunities such as crafts I didn't want to do in my home (paint!) and food I may never have cooked. This was definitely the case in the experience my three have had.
Throughout the pandemic, the advice and communication have been brilliant and my children have not been upset at all by the distancing measures that have been put in place.

Busikids is a fantastic nursery which has undoubtedly helped my son develop both physically and mentally. A lot of attention is focused on learning, but also having fun at the same time.
Busikids use an app which updates frequently so that I am able to see every meal he eats and every nappy change
he has.
All members of staff are extremely helpful and have made sure to go the extra mile to make both myself and son feel welcome, and have dealt with everything brilliantly in these uncertain times.
My son loves attending Busikids, has made lots of friends (including the members of staff!) and without a doubt, my second son will also attend this nursery, I won't consider anywhere else!

From the first contact with the nursery when we enquired, to our visit to view the facilities and then the boys settling in sessions every single staff member has made us feel welcome and made me feel my boys are being left in safe and loving hands.
My boys have attended three days a week since they
were 10 months old and have so far been in three of the different rooms, Ducklings, Penguins and Monkeys. Each room has been fantastic at meeting the needs of their particular age group. The activities are always so varied and engaging and the staff in each room are so caring, dedicated and knowledgeable.
They are great at communicating and keeping parents up to date throughout the day as well as newsletters and emails regularly and updates on their Facebook page.
In addition to the daytime care, they also put on a fantastic Summer picnic and Christmas Fair which helps all the parents connect.
It's a fantastic place for anyone with under 5s.

Busikids has been great for our first daughter. She has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old and will be leaving at the end of August to go to school. It has been brilliant for her, and she loves her time there. Activities are varied, and she always has lots of fun. The nursery staff are
very caring, and also very adaptable to parents' requests e.g. I'm fussy with what food she eats, so they would always listen to, and follow, our requests. Our 2nd daughter will be joining the nursery when she is 10 months old too. Would highly recommend.

Current Review Score: 9.2 (9.179)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.2 (9.179) out of 10 for Busikids Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 8 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.4 out of 5 from 8 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.823 for Busikids Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (79 Excellents x 5) + (17 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 96 Ratings = 4.823
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.356 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busikids Day Nursery is based on 8 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.8
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 72 number of registered child places is 14.4. 8 Positive Reviews ÷ 14.4 = 0.556
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
