Pumpkins Day Nursery

All the staff are friendly, caring and we are always greeted with a smile, The different activities are fun, engaging and well planned. The facilities inside and in the garden are fantastic. My son loves attending and we can see how much he thrives here. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Pumpkins Day Nursery is a really welcoming and accommodating nursery. They have been able to suit our chosen days/times without any problems and always help us out if we need to change. My child has really improved her language since joining and I believe this has a lot to do with her time at Pumpkins! She loves all the messy play and activities that she doesn’t usually do at home. Couldn’t ask for more!

I would definitely recommend Pumpkins to anyone who is considering putting their child in nursery, I cannot fault them.

Fantastic nursery with exceptional staff. My girls thoroughly enjoy attending this setting and have done so since 6 months of age (now 8 and 7!). We would highly recommend this nursery setting.

My daughter loves going to nursery, as she has for the last 19 months! The staff are lovely and I cannot thank them enough for how much she has developed within this time. I would happily send future children to pumpkins too. Their presence makes the mum guilt a little bit easier.

He enjoys the activities and learning and is always able to tell me what he has been up to. The staff always go above and beyond and he loves all of the teachers. He enjoys learning, playing and the amazing outside space.

Pumpkins is a wonderful nursery. They have been very patient and caring with both my children. I can not recommend this nursery enough. They got my children's school ready so the transition wasn't hard or daunting. Pumpkins has lovely staff who are very attentive and wonderful with all the children. Just a great all round nursery.

I couldn't be happier knowing that my daughter enjoys going to nursery! They have fantastic learning topics through play and creativity. I receive regular progress updates and photos via the app along with lots of handmade keepsakes throughout the year. It's loving to see my daughter flourish from being in the great care of Pumpkins. All the staff are exceptional, thank you. Highly recommend!

I have 3 boys (3 months, 4 years and 6 years). The eldest 2 have been going to Pumpkins 4-5 days a week since they were 9mths old. The staff have been fantastic from the start, from helping them both settle in on their first day to getting them prepared for school.

My children are thriving and are very happy here. The staff are friendly, approachable and go the extra mile to help my children. I get regular updates via Tapestry letting me know what they have been doing which is amazing as some days I don't get much from the boys when they get home. Communication between parents and staff is great, sometimes it can be difficult to talk at drop off/pick up but they make time if you need to talk or they are always available via phone.

Security and safeguarding of the children is of a high standard. Fees are reasonable along with the flexibility of hours/days. I like this nursery so much that when I found out I was pregnant with my youngest I called straight away to put him on the waiting list.

I absolutely love this nursery, my 9-year old started there when he was 1 and when I had my 2nd child he also started there when he was 1 in Sept 2021. He loves it there and we love the staff there. You can truly see how much they care and love your child and I wouldn't trust any other nursery with my children.

My son has been with pumpkins since September, the staff are incredible and would go above and beyond to help with anything. They're always smiley and make so much effort to little things, my son also has allergies and these have always been taken very seriously and pumpkins have always been very professional with that. My son loves going to Pumpkins so much, in fact, he asks me if he’s going every morning and when it’s a day off he gets upset. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they're trustworthy, honest, kind, friendly and fun.

My little girl loves attending pumpkins. She is always so excited to tell or show me what activity she has done whilst there. The staff are lovely and will go above and beyond if you have any queries. Would 100% recommend pumpkins nursery.

An outstanding nursery. The staff are amazing and my little boy just loves going, if it wasn’t for the staff at pumpkins my little boy wouldn’t be where he is today. It’s clean, friendly, safe and just such a lovely little nursery.

My son attended Pumpkins Day Nursery from the age of 14 months and immediately we felt supported and happy with our choice. The staff are amazing, very kind and caring, nothing ever too much. The children are encouraged to make choices and their independence promoted.

My son attended throughout the pandemic as a keyworker child, the staff team remaining became family during this difficult period for all. The efforts they went to every week to cheer the keyworkers on was tremendous. They created a fun, engaging and safe place during an uncertain time when most nurseries closed their doors. My son flourished and his speech came along leaps and bounds. We are truly grateful for all their efforts and determination to stay open not to mention the water parties my son had!

We moved areas in September 2021 otherwise my son would still be attending there now. Thank you to all the staff, we highly recommend.

All 4 of my children have gone here, with 2 of them still attending. My youngest has severe special needs too and has just been diagnosed as severely autistic, but still gets all the care he needs and so much more!
