Purple Lion Day Nurseries (Benfleet)

My son started Purple Lion Day Nursery in Benfleet a year ago and I can't thank enough everyone over there! They look after him so well! His behaviour changed for the better his speech has improved thanks to the lovely staff, the work they do is amazing! I recommend everyone this nursery! Seriously can't praise you enough, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My son who is in the baby room at Purple Lion in Benfleet is absolutely thriving! It has been amazing to see his confidence grow and create such lovey bonds with the team who you can tell care for all of the children as if they were their own. You can really tell that the children come first in every aspect. I also absolutely love the crafts he brings home too, I think I need a second fridge to start storing all of the artwork on! Thank you Purple Lion for looking after my baby boy!

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are incredible and nothing is ever too much trouble they are friendly and welcoming and so good with the children. Picking a nursery can be difficult but I am so happy I chose Purple Lion's Benfleet as I feel reassured that my child is in safe hands. My little girl has been going since she was 11 months old and couldn't be happier when dropping her off in the mornings! Not a bad word I can say.

I cannot rave about Purple Lion enough, we as a family recommend it to everyone we know. The staff go above and beyond and have a genuinely lovely relationship with our child. We always get a full breakdown of our child's day at nursery at pick-up and updates on their progress via an app. Our child has been attending for just over a year and we have seen them come on leap and bounds in their communication and independence since joining. A massive thank you to the team for all you have done and continue to do for our family. Your hard work and support is greatly appreciated!

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year and he absolutely loves it. He is so excited to go in every time. I have always found the staff welcoming, kind and very nurturing to the children. Would highly recommend.

This is such an overdue post! I cannot express the immense gratitude and gratefulness we as parents have for Purple Lion Daycare. The staff are truly a delightful and dedicated group of carers. The care for our son (and I truly believe all the children) is absolutely amazing! My 2-year-old's face lights up when we get there and he will walk straight in. I can just see he is happy. When we collect him he is so excited to show us the things in his class. I recently went through a really tough first trimester in my second pregnancy... the additional care and support we received as a family melts my heart! Just seeing how our son is developing and what he learns and the things he does at home we have not shown him, I can 100% see it is a nurturing caring fun learning environment! That goes for everything else...communication, food, feedback etc. Team- you are amazing! Thank you for all your hard work caring for our little ones!

My child is quite new to nursery and I was worried about how she would settle in, but she seems to have fit right into the group here and has totally exceeded our expectations. She is always excited to go and leaves feeling confident and bright. She loves to tell us about everything she has been doing and learning and has quickly built great relationships with the staff and other children here. I also love to see the regular, detailed updates on the app, so I know what she gets up to and I can see how much she is enjoying her time here.

I feel very comfortable leaving my child with the staff there and she loves them all and tells me all about how much fun she has with the staff when she is there.

We are so happy with how well our son has settled into the nursery. He adjusted well to his new routine and is full of enthusiasm when we drop him off in the morning. It's evident that he has formed a strong bond with the staff and is always smiling and happy after a long day. His language and communication skills are broadening and his gross motor skills are improving with the activities that he is participating in each day. We love the updates we receive throughout the day, they are comforting and reassuring.

My son started nursery at Purple Lion Nursery in February 2023. Since then he has completed potty training within 2 months and enjoyed his time with peers and teachers at every session. Teachers kept parents updated promptly so we understand any progress made and also things needed to be improved on. Overall good experience.

We will really miss you all when he starts school in September!

I have nothing but great things to say about this nursery and its staff! In fact, it really is the staff and management that make this nursery what it is. I can not say enough good things about the management. There is always great communication, understanding and patience and always so helpful. I can leave my child knowing he is being cared for well which puts my mind at ease. The only criticism I have is I feel like the facilities/nursery could do with an overhaul to revamp and modernise.
