My daughter really enjoys her time at nursery, her confidence over the last year has grown so much with help from the staff. The staff have been nothing but helpful and informative of her day. They take the time to update us on handover of what she has participated in and how she's eaten. They listen to any concerns and have been accommodating to changes needed. The online app is really helpful to see what she's been doing on her week in nursery and how her day is going.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter has received at Little Teddies Nursery. Since starting, she has absolutely thrived and has come on so much in all aspects. One of the biggest changes we've seen is her confidence with speaking she is now talking which she was non verbal before. She has learnt so much and comes home every day she has attended with something new she has learnt or done. She now knows structure and routines so she is ready for when she starts school.
The girls are so caring and updating us with pictures of her day with new activities and subjects. They have really taken the time to understand her individual needs and where needed they have done something about it.

It's lovely to see how happy she is and how much she has grown in the time she has attended, she absolutely loves it and cant wait to go. We would highly recommend Little Teddies Nursery to any parent looking for a safe well run nursery where the staff go over and beyond and actually care.

Yes, the outdoors area is small but they make the most of what they have and provide activities for the children. During the summer, it is well shaded and they follow the guidelines for when it is hot.

The team have become like family to us, and it really shows. When she's not due to attend, Eden is always asking to see her friends! She's been attending since she was just 5 months old and is now coming up to 2 years old. The progress she's made has been incredible, and she's learned so much during her time there.

My little one only attended two days in March and on the third day, they terminated him from their nursery with the reason that he was not drinking water independently. They asked me to visit and promised me both verbally and written that they would refund my 100% money with registration fees as well. But they only refunded me 30% of my money and refused to refund the registration fees now even though they have terminated him. Initially, they were very nice and sweet. I simply don't agree that if the child is not drinking water independently then you will going to be terminate him? I can't digest this reason at all.
I have got so much mental pressure to claim my hard-earned money back from them.

We absolutely loved Little Teddies Nursery! The staff were all so friendly and willing to help. The management was very easy to talk to about any situation, and always took the time to listen and help in anyway they could. He started when he was 2 and left when he was 4, they prepared him so well for big school where he is now thriving! She has a few favourite teachers and talks about them a lot at home too. She is always singing and playing games that she has learned at nursery.
Her confidence has grown and she has made friends and enjoys the things she does at nursery especially painting, going in the sensory room, and playing outside.
Little Teddies also provides a good variety of foods, my daughter eats more at nursery than anywhere else, even things she wouldn't eat anywhere else.

Staff are very good at keeping parents updated with events and special activities and my son often comes home with bits he has made. He has been attending since he was 8 months old and is now 2 and a half years, he is very familiar with the staff and they always greet him in such a lovely way and know him well. The staff are very down to earth and approachable and make the daunting situation of leaving your child so much easier! Thank you all for your continued love and hard work!
